Who will ever know exactly what went on behind the scenes this week on Strictly Come Dancing? Not me, that's for sure.Anyway, its seems like John Sergeant has done the right thing by opting to pull out of the competition. He will retire undefeated with his popularity as high as it can perhaps possibly go and his dignity firmly intact. This week he performed a farewell dance with dance partner, Kri
Interest in India is still intact. Well that’s true, billions of dollars of outflow in recent months notwithstanding. If the turnout in the recent equity conferences on India is any indication, the country does not seem to have fallen way off the radar of foreign investors. Quite a few international financial majors that have their stock broking arms in India have held their India centric confer
In a busy office, hard copies of files and other paper documents pile up so quickly—and truth be told, it can be messy trying to keep all of them filed neatly. Thankfully though, not all of them have to stay in hard copy format since some can just be stored away on your computer.
To do so, you simply need a scanner. More specifically, you need the KODAK SCANMATE i1120 Scanner. This user-friendl

The bright side of insomnia is that while you're awake, you can plan your next three weeks blog posts. The dull side of insomnia is that once you go to sleep, you're likely to forget everything you were thinking about just before you drifted off to sleep.
So this week I have some actual goals,...

The recent setups I've been tracking are still intact, but I'd like to see more confirmation with industry groups, the $USD, bonds, and the indexes in general. Typically, the moves are stronger and more predictable when the above confirm each other. That's not to say I won't get a signal, but I am less enthusiastic. Action like we've had recently can often suggest more range bound markets for

I was upset to find out they were going to alter Heath Ledger’s performance in The Dark Knight. SPOILERS AHEAD!!
Early screenings of The Dark Knight left some film fans reeling after they saw footage of Ledger, as The Joker, hiding out in a bodybag. That prompted internet speculation about whether studio heads would cut the [...]

In keeping with this, lo
Unveiled just under a month ago as part of a sculpted shrubbery featuring the rest of The Beatles (who were spared) some unknown vandal took what probably was a power saw to Starr’s head, which remains missing. Though speculation about this being in response to Starr’s snarky comments runs rampant, personally, I find this to be one seriously ironic form of symbolism
Land Rover designed the LRX concept, and the interior has to be one of the best parts of this SUV. As with all concept vehicles many of the best parts of the design never make it to the production car.
However this will not be the case with the Land Rover LRX Concept, as the company [...]

So I spent my nights sleeping in the office which were on February 14-16 and then on February 21-23. Some life huh? Well the deadlines were pretty tight that we have to save up some time to get ourselves some sleep. That's how screwed up things are in the office right now. And to think I have to cancel a date. That shit ain't just cookin'. But why do this when you can just say no? Well it's not really that easy. I can't say no especially when there're deadlines. Keyword...DEADlines. I really don't mind working late at night. 'Cause some people would notice I'm awake till 2:00 AM. I'm pushing my a$$ off if you caught me at 3. Hey, I'm a computer- science-no-jutsu (whatever that means)...there's bound to be days errr nights where you have to spend it in the office. If only there's a Twitter-

To help those who are reading my blog understand the role of the digestive tract in health and disease I am writing a series of short articles. First we will explore the basic anatomy and function of the gut so you can understand the role of food proteins, bacteria, yeast, medication and stress in leaky gut. The first concept to understand is that of the limited protective barrier provided by the single layer of intestinal cells. A single layer of cells only lines our digestive tract. These cells are joined together by proteins that produce tight junctions in the intact gut. These tight junctions serve as a barrier as well as a normal site of entry. Surrounding these barrier cells are mobile immune cells that contribute to the primary immune defense of the gut. The lining cells are types o

After setting a goal for myself of Friday, September 1st to get my re-designed website up and running, I must say, I am sooooooooo happy I have reached that goal, four days early! I've been working on this thing since August 1st and gave myself the entire month (I knew that I would need it) to complete this task. I'm much happier with the new design and of course, the tweeking will begin with it soon I'm sure. In amongst being chained to the computer for about a month, I did manage to squeeze in a few works of art (with a few others still in the works). Since Day of the Day is fast approaching, I have much art to complete since I will be exhibiting in two shows this year! "El Altar A Frida" (Altar to Frida)Acrylic and Paper on canvasThe piece above and below are both smallish in size (5"x7") and I've matted them in 8"x10" off white mats, framed behind glass in handmade, reclaimed, ridged frames made of old barnwood. I love the frames as I think it really makes both pieces stand ou
We here at Tasty Booze along with a lot of our readers consider ourselves to be good drinkers. Back in May Lexington came across a story on the internet about some cat over in England who has been keeping a diary of every he beer he has drank since 1988. We all thought this was a little slice of genius and after a little bit of thought we had an idea. Why don’t we keep track of our beers for the month of June? So on June 1st we started the Official Beer Tally / Contest.
As you can see from the final results posted over in the sidebar everyone put up some pretty respectable numbers. Hank had the privilege of going on a week long Caribbean cruise right at the end of the month and managed to maintain a 12 beer a day average over about 8 days. Any man who is still expected to show up to work and wants to keep his job would be hard pressed to match that kind of productivity. One thing to keep in mind is that most of us don’t drink during the week. For instance I posted a 116 and I only
Chart courtesy of stockchartsBEA Systems shares were up today more than 1.5% to 13.68$ even after UBS downgraded company to neutral from buy saying that expectations for a takeover or shareholder-inspired shake-up are already priced into the shares after little indication of improved execution from the company. Stock opened at 13.35 and rapidly have moved up closing just a few points of the highs of the day at 13.81$, printed a wonderful white candle for Bulls, due to this factor I'm sure that tomorrow will be another great day, when a stock don't fall after a downgrade, well it's a strong sign of strength. As seen by the chart above, the stock has been consistently trending higher with nice steps and in a clear uptrend channel.Chart courtesy of stockchartsCPX may be ready to breakout !!Looking at the chart stock has had a nice run over the past two months. Review of last night's ES Futures Trades. It is never easy trying to trade on Fed days. As for yesterday, the initial consolidation & indecision gave way to a breakout at around 3.15am (singapore time). There was no real threat to PRICEs failing, as the breach of support (at 11.00pm, Singapore Time) was not strong (B-PPF). After that, it was Higher PRIME Highs and Higher PRIME Lows. And once a decisive breakout happened, the higher PRIME Lows would have given ample time to go LONG. Of course when you trade PRIMEs, your Stop Loss levels will be much much further away. Towards the close of the session, PRICE has yet to fail, and we could possibly see further bullishness tonight. Do watch out for last PRIME Support at 1437.00 on the Trading Chart for any breach to give us a warning signal for a change in direction.
I am back! I had the operation on my eye last Tuesday afternoon, after Mum had taken me to the vet's in the morning. We realised how lucky we are when we met some other dogs who were having treatment. Some of them had cancer and broken bones, so I had to be extra brave.
When Mum came to collect me she could hear me barking, louder than all the other dogs! The nurse tried to quieten me down,
