Sucker Punch, the creators of the Sly Cooper series, are working on a new PS3 game titled Infamous. At Sony’s E3 2007 press conference they showed the first trailer for the mysterious third-person action game. Planned as an online game, Sony says that Infamous is its own entry into the open-world, sandbox genre of gaming. It looks like it combines elements of the MMO City of Heroes and the open-world Crackdown, where you make the choice between becoming a hero or an anti-hero!
It’ll be released in 2008. The trailer shows you making your way through a bustling city that’s falling apart around you.
