After two days of the flu I'm now feeling better and very, very hungery. On the bird-table today was a choice ofthree types of bread., wholemeal, white or homemade. It wasn't a difficult choice - I ate all three. It lookslike I'm going to be a flightless bird for a while! The cat showed its ugly face again today, I managed to accidentlydrop some old bones from the bird-table on to its head. I'm hoping that one day they'll put an anvil on thethe bird-table. The gardener has been out and about destroying things in the garden yet again. What's the oppsite of green thumbs? Black and blue fingers? He does almost as much damage to himself as he does to the plants. He did some pruning last week and by the time he'd finished both he and the garden looked like they'd been hit by Hurricane Henry. Bob Dylan... Hurricane

Best Things to Do in Sequim - Hurricane Ridge
When we came to Sequim in September 2005 for our 12-night Sequim vacation to check out the town for moving there, we not only checked out 'Sequim Homes for Sale' but also visited Hurricane Ridge, which is on top of the best things to do in Sequim. It was quite an experience for us people from warm Hawaii. The first snow of the season made it even more impressive. We were not the only visitors who had not expected snow so early in fall but hey these are the Olympic Mountains with hurricane Ridge elevation of 5240ft. A lot of the tourists showed up in shorts and short sleeves. We were at least in long pants and wore anoraks, which allowed us to stay longer and enjoy the spectacular views! The below photos are all from yesterday! Now being Sequim residents, you bet we don't only ta

      "Hurricane"
I like to read. When I have nothing else to do, I usually look for a book to give me some entertainment. I went to a book sale a few days ago to look for a new novel. But a hard bound book caught my eye. It was a book entitled Hurricane. Now, I know about a famous boxer nicknamed Hurricane, and so I decided to examine the book. To my surprise it was about the boxer that the book reminded me of. It was a biography of Rubin "hurricane" Carter, a top middle weight contender in the sixties who was imprisoned after being accused of a crime he did not commit.I have been reading the book and I'm glad to say that I enjoyed it. It was inspiring to read about a man fighting to be free from a punishment that he did not deserve. Carter never gave up and fought for his freedom. I decided to look for vi

      After Hurricane Katrina
Is New Orleans losing its momentum in the film industry to northwest Louisiana communities, such as Shreveport? Or does the Crescent City have nothing to worry about?   According to a story by The Associated Press, Arlena Acree, Shreveport’s director of film, media and entertainment, said that in 2007 northwest Louisiana attracted 24 movie and TV projects [...]

      Gone with the Hurricane!
Oglivy & Mather in Korea did this campaign for Oral-B. A different view of the "removing food" project, seen very often in advertising. This campaign comes out strong, showing tornados taking away food products, such as Meat, Fish and Vegetables. The connection here with the electric toothbrush is that it also works by spinning around and takes away everything between teeth... exactly like the effect, after Dorothy hit her heels between them in the Wizard of Oz. Mike Jones ft. Hurricane Chris - Drop & Gimme 50
Mike Jones ft. Hurricane Chris ( Drop & Gimme 50 )Mike Jones can't help screaming his name out on every song he make. He make sure you know who it is, but for what?. I'm pretty sure who ever listen to rap and hip-hop know who he is by now. Choosing Hurricane Chris to collaborate with was a good idea being that dude is getting a lot of buzz in the rap game right now (though his album didn't do to good). They had to make this song for the club ( the strip joint in particular). This joint will surely have females in there closet mirrors tryin to drop it like it's hot.
