      Following on from computer weeklys article here I found the top three answers given by helpdesks fascinating but unsurprising.The top three answers were:Have you tried turning it off and on again? (25%)We are aware of your problem and are working on it now (19%)Try again and call me back (11%) The top answer is way over-used - I even use it myself always with a little guilt I must add, so much so that It's a common joke around the office. The trouble is most problems can be fixed by rebooting the device (it's in the nature of the things) and whilst that doesn't actually get to the root of the problem it's a lot speedier solution than spending hours you don't have tracing down a problem that may never re-occur, and from my experiences users are typically more interested in getting back working quickly than waiting for hours on end for me to conduct a full system appraisal.
