What a way to start the week. It's foggy out and seem like the sun is not going to shine at all today. I really wouldn't mind, if not for the fact that I'm heading out to do my supermarket run and several other errands. The weather is just drab and gloomy.  It’s not easy to keep spirits up when in physical joint pain and having it so crappy out.  Being in pain is one thing, but at least hwen it’s sunny.. it just isn’t nearly as bad for some reason.  Had planned to ride our bike up and down the street in front of the house, even with pain.. but the roads are puddled and we’re still not confident of our biking skills as a whole yet. Father in law called today, we like him.  As far as I know, he doesn’t know about the village.  We love my husband’s parents.  They’re awesome people.  The guilt I feel only makes the anxiety worse when I hear that they might want to come for a visit.  The anxiety flares up at the thought of anyone being in our house, and then I feel guilty because I shouldn’t worry when they visit.  It’s safe when they do, nothing goes wrong.  It’s always nice.  Just… I can’t handle people being in my house.

This morning we woke up to a cloudy sky. Thank God, the sunshine came mid morning and it turned out to be another summery day- the temperature soaring to the 90's. The humidity was high too. On a day like today, I'm thankful we live near the ocean, 15 minutes walk to the boardwalk. We get a good ocean breeze and true enough later in the afternoon, I was able to sit out in the balcony while Frank went to the gym.Tomorrow, we need to go to the supermarket.
