So it is getting so cold in VT...and Goma don't care!! Every early morning, around 6:30 in the morning to be exact. Goma wants to open a window besides my bed. Summer time is good but lately I have to keep ignore him because it is so cold out! I am sorry Goma I don't have a thick fur like you! I will take you outside when weather is nice...I promise.

Even though we’ve already had a couple of “snows” (meaning there were teensy tiny flakes that could be seen if one watched long enough), the forecasters are now calling for actual snow showers for tonight and tomorrow.
That’s great! I mean, hey, I live in Kentucky alright? We haven’t had a good snow storm in a good 13 years! Not since I was pregnant with Casey, actually. So yeah, I’m ready for a good snowfall.

Your know what I should have projected for before garage saling yesterday. One of those electric coasters you can sit your coffee on that keeps it warm for you. It seems like it get cold soo darn fast.
According to my stats page I am not really getting any visitors at this point in time so I guess no one is going to notice that I added sound to my page are they. Oh well if you do its a free clip I got off of a nature sounds site called Hot Summer Night. I edited the widget down really small so it cuts off most of the title. I chose black for the color but I may change it to gray so it will be less obvious. What I did was take the free 10 second clip and add it to my play list over and over again. It lasts about 2 minutes and then stops. Eventually I will have to stop being so cheap and pay the 99 cents for the full recording.

Today we saw 59 degrees in the early morning at our place. We have a rather large sloppy ocean swell today and the water temperature was at 77... winter's coming. Viz was down to about as bad as it gets here... say 20-30 feet in the shallower portions of the dive, but on an upbeat note, there were several turtles being actively cleaned at Turtle Pinnacle today. The surf should improve over the next couple of days, the water temp will continue to slowly drop for a couple of months.Tomorrow we've got a pool session, and then later in the afternoon I've got to get together with the mechanic and do some adjusting on the new carburetor we had installed last week (running rough right now, but should be a quick fix, boats are so much fun) to make sure everythings in order before it gets screaming busy - the busy season seems to hit around the 20th-22nd of December, depending on which day Christmas falls.
