This is a new Sony PS3 gameplay video of Dark Mist, a PSN game that's developed by Game Republic and looks very old-school.
Its shocking how good downloadable PSN games are starting to look and as you can see in the video below, Dark Mist looks pretty good although I wonder if it can keep your attention for long.

Tecmo’s Team Ninja Xbox 360-exclusive action game (Ninja Gaiden 2) is now far more gruesome, bloodier, and gorier than the last installment. Ryu not only decapitates his unfortunate foes, but he cuts off their arms and legs and even rips their bodies apart. The effect is not a mere aesthetic choice as dismemberment will handicap or immobilize an enemy, but not necessarily kill him. Combat in effect will be more strategic as players will have to further exploit the respective enemies’ weak points and be more cautious.
Did you now that due to mass amounts of complaining at the difficulty of the first game, Ninja Gaiden 2 is being made much easier? It’s true, it’s done with an auto-heal feature to make the game “more accessible to casual players”. No doubt hardcore gamers will have the option to turn this off.

Unreal Tournament 3 (III) is coming to both the PC and Sony PS3, although it is also rumoured to be coming to the Xbox 360 later on (not sure when).
Below we have a gameplay video that shows a killing spree in Unreal Tournament 3 with plenty of bullet blasting; the game does look really nice.
Although some gamers have said that the staying power of UT was the mods and many gamers are not sure how this will work on the PS3.
Some gamers claim that the PC is the way UT is meant to be played, but I disagree as the PS3 supports a mouse and keyboard which is the main reason I always liked PC’s.
UT3 is going to be really addictive with great gameplay and will suck your hours away.

This is Ninja Gaiden 2 for the Xbox 360 and we have a gameplay video for you below, the game has some intense gameplay that’s not for the weak hearted.
Some gamers might feel that they have not boosted the graphics enough from Ninja Gaiden Sigma, although after watching the video it does look good.
If you own a Sony PS3 then you will be glad to know that there is a rumor that the lead designer said he may create it in the future for ps3.

NIS America announced that its first puzzle game, Puchi Puchi Virus for the Nintendo DS, will be localized for America. It will be released in February 2008.
Puchi Puchi Virus does not resemble the ordinary puzzle game. The usual “object drop” style is replaced with a more intuitive system of “object linkage”. Its simple design and surprisingly in-depth game play can addict even the most demanding puzzle game enthusiasts. The object is to form at least a single triangle formation by linking viruses together and erasing them from the screen. Victory conditions vary from mission to mission, but erasing all of the viruses will be the fundamental rule of this game. Erase all the viruses and you win, but if the screen gets filled with the emerging viruses you lose. Note: there is a twist to this system that gives depth to the game play. Arcade Heroes spotted an update on Fate: Unlimited Codes over on AM-net. It seems that the first video of the game in action was posted over on Famitsu. The video is relatively short (only about 20 seconds), but it does give you a good chance to see what Capcom and 8ing have in store for fans of the series. An interesting note is the fact that Cavia (they developed the PSP Fate/Tiger Colisseum game - another 3D fighter in the Fate Stay/Night series) is also listed in the credits of the video. I'm not quite sure who is handling the primary development of the game since the original reports listed 8ing as its developer, so I'll try to keep an eye out on that as we receive more information in the next couple of months. The game is a 2.5D fighter (3D characters on a 2D plane). The characters aren't quite up to snuff with other recent fighting games and look more akin to the PS2-level Anime fighters that were the norm a couple of years back.
