I came across a snippet and some pictures of the Everybody Loves Raymond actress, Patricia Heaton (Raymond’s wife in the popular sitcom) in the Huffington Post the other day. The pictures were revealing enough to reveal her non-existent belly button! Patricia Heaton apparently had her belly button ‘herniated’ in a tummy tuck surgery. Among adults, herniated belly buttons are often the result of a pregnancy or a plastic surgery like abdominoplasty. The problem has been recorded as more common among infants though and is known to be a bit of a bother if the hernia had remained un-treated when the person was younger.
