Last Sunday, I finally got the chance to go try out my 2 weeks old Panasonic Lumix. ya ya, till now i have not test it out. well, i'm not a big fan of camera.. I'm not a person that loves to take photos and also not a person that knows how to take photos. hehe.. What I need is a simple to use camera..:p hopefully this one is simple enough for me lar. :pWhile i was at The Curve last Sunday, I took a few photos, how's the quality? not bad not bad.. I'm satisfied. hehe..but my colleague says i got shaky hands. hehe.. maybe maybe.. i forgot to turn on the anti shake thing.. :pyou can compare these photos with the one i took using my camera phone. 8 megapixels vs 2 megapixels. hehe.. can spot the difference or not?

It was a mess to make students print out their papers during the test.After that, I made a few rounds of fast walking and running to search for Mrs Seetoh who left her class in my classroom without letting me know. Then, I had to tolerate the class's nagging to release them early.I talked to one of the guys who seemed to be rotting his life away. I did not have the time to talk more to him with the noisy girls around, but I hoped my questions for him could make him reflect more on himself.

The University of Malta has successfully designed and tested a boat that runs on electrical energy which is fueled by green sources.
The boat, which is designed to do short tourist cruises (think harbor tours), is powered by solar energy and wind power and has an intelligent battery system designed to show exactly how much energy and time the boat has left on its battery, depending on electrical power and weather conditions. The project is a joint effort between the University of Malta’s Electrical Engineering and Electrical Control Department and Malta’s Department of Rural Affairs.
The designers hope to have several models of the boat up for commercial sale soon and they expect the boat to make a large splash on the European and International markets.

Michael Vaughan is likely to miss the first Test between England and West Indies at Lord's after breaking a finger.
The Yorkshire batsman, who scored 72 in his first inning of the County Championship season yesterday, was looking in reasonable touch in his return to the first-class arena.
However, his presence in the first Test match for England this summer looks in doubt after scans revealed he has suffered a fracture and could be out of action for up to a month.
Yorkshire physio Scott McAllister said he initially did not think the injury was a "serious problem" but a trip to hospital confirmed the worst.
"It's desperately bad luck for Michael after the succession of problems he's had to contend with, and we will be monitoring his progress over the next few days," McAllister told the Yorkshire Post.
"It looks like he might be out for three to four weeks, but it's too early to say with absolute certainty."
