There seems to be a push-pull among Obama advisors on how ambitious his early agenda should be…
“Every president is tempted to take on too much,” said one Obama adviser, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations. “On the other hand, there’s the Roosevelt example and the L.B.J. example, which suggest an extraordinary [...]

Well, this past autumn was absolutely spectacular here in New Hampshire! (By far, the best we've seen since moving here.) However, I was largely lazy about taking my camera out to shoot it. ... when I wasn't sleeping due to stress?Yeah. Here I am again.Yesterday just didn't seem to quit. It was a never ending string of large and small things, all coming together to make me laugh because if I didn't laugh I'd just sit and cry. There were obvious things like seeing the 'new' woman show up to work only to hand in her memo and quit on the spot. Yes there was a little drama there (Jody and Jen asked in comments) but as usual I keep most details out of the (public) blog. I have to. But honestly? Her quitting and my quitting on the same day wasn't even a big deal nor is it why I'm awake at 2:50 am. It's the 193,873 other things that I dealt with yesterday and will be dealing with today.
