That extended warranty paid for it self a couple times over. Dell had a technician out here to replace parts within 24 hours of the phone call. I never mentioned the water and they never asked. My computer is good to go and best of all ... my spreadsheets are right where I left them :)

Best Buy "Extended Warranty" Don't fall for it! Make sure you get the "Product Replacement Plan" though! If I had been paying attention I wouldn't be out $249.00! It's a long story but the "Warranty" is basically just a binding contract that you will bring your Product that you purchased there, to them for any service, They still charge you!! Also, Don't get involved in any "Auto Surf" programs! There is a Federal investigation going on over this one, Sounds Serious!!
