I've been thinking a lot these days about being a SAHM. I'm trying really hard to think of the positives.I had a breast reduction in December and everything went rather smoothly. I had my MIL here for a week to help out and while I would have preferred my Mother all things considered it was okay. I am pleased.In the midst of this recovery however, I got a yeast infection from the antibiotics, then my period (try to get rid of a yeast infection when dear old Aunt Flo is in town), from there got a bad stomach bug from all places Chucky Cheese and finally moved on to a full blown UTI. Please let me know, how to claim deduction under Section 80DD. One of my blood relative has more than 70% hearing disability. Somebody told me that, I can claim the deduction for the treatment and instruments. Is it really possible, because I purchased the equipment for 42000/-. I stand to gain approx Rs 14000/- as tax.
