We are now arriving in Arizona. It's been a long drive, but nothing new to us. You see about 10 years ago My husband, our boys and I moved to Indiana. I'll talk about that some other time. But anyway we were no strangers to long drives. In fact I think we all like the "road trip". Right Before my accident we drove from Southern Cal. up the coast to San Francisco for a vacation. We had a great time. I'm glad I remember it.So my husband is driving the U-haul with one of the boys, my Mother is driving me in my car with the other boys. She helped us make the move. We went down the coast through San Diego and then into Arizona through Zuma and that area. I'm not sure of the hwy. Right away though, the scenery changed. It does in all states, but as we got into Tucson you notice right away how different a desert it is from what you expect.I was immediately struck by the mountains that were surrounding us. It was and remains really pretty to me. The city of Tucson is really cool about how

Around 2000 islands in Indonesia may have disappeared by 2030 following an expected rise in the sea level, Yogyakarta Meteorology and Geophysics Office (BMG) chief Jaya Murjaya said here on Wednesday. "Up to 2030, the sea level will rise by eight to 29 centimeters and engulf around 2,000 islands in Indonesia," Jaya Murjaya said in a National Geographic Seminar at the Yogyakarta State University (UNY). He said the disappearance of the islands and the rise in the sea level would also reduce the width of Indonesia`s land territory. Jaya Murjaya said the accumulation of global warming in the athmosphere and the thinning of the ozone layer would contribute to the rise in temperature on the earth`s surface. "According to research, illegal human activities have contributed to the rise in the earth`s temperature which is caused by an increase in the concentration of gas emissions," he said.

Hey! Long time no see! I have been sooooo busy lately! As usual, I have too much on my plate. I started homeschooling Parker and he actually comes to me and says, "Can I do homeschooling now?" So cool! I'm taking it slow and relaxing in the beginning, so he doesn't feel forced to do anything. He IS still a little young. I want him to WANT to learn! And so far, it is working. He is so proud of himself right now, because he can read the word "STOP". He knows how to sound it out, but he forgets what the "T" is called. He always says, "what's that second letter?" We have a bunch of computer games for learning, but most are too old for him still. He wants to play them and then has to have me do it all.
