I’m a bit worried because the weather isn’t looking too promising at the moment. I haven’t checked the weather forecast so I’m not sure what the weather is meant to be like on Saturday. Luckily the party can be moved undercover if need be but we do have a lot of water-based activities so I’ve got everything crossed for it to be a nice day!
I wrote out the place cards and the badges today. I also bought more party food. We were going to order pizza on the day (Hawaiian pizza, of course! lol) but I saw, in the supermarket catalogue, mini pizzas that would be better (and not cost me as much as ordering pizza from Pizza Hut or Dominoes!)
We went to the op-shop yesterday afternoon and picked up a grass skirt for a couple of dollars! DD14 has claimed it so her outfit is complete. I still need to find Hawaiian print shirts for DH and DS15.
So, everything is under control. I’m calm (very unusual….I keep thinking I’ve forgotten something!)

....the BBQ party!! Its going to be a blast....rain or shine!! This week is flying by and all the students are doing great. I hope to see everyone at the party. As of today 81 people will attend the party and we'll have Hula and live Hawaiian music and all kindz of grindz!!. Su weeeet!!
Paris Hilton now has only four days until she has to report to the Century Regional Detention Facility, the 5th of July is when Paris has to start her 45 day jail sentence, but Steve Whitmore, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County sheriff has said that “she will do about 23 days.” Hilton received the jail sentence for violating her probation, which was an alcohol-related reckless driving case.
Paris Hilton will have a tough time getting used to life behind bars, as she will have to trade in her designer clothing and exchange them for a state issue orange jumpsuit. She will have to learn to do things herself, but it is not all bad as she is allowed to purchase make-up out of her prepaid account.
Will the young heiress be able to cope in jail?
