I am very tired right now. Former New York Giants and Washington linebacker LaVar Arrington was reportedly in stable condition in a Maryland hospital after crashing his motorcycle on Monday. The three time Pro Bowl Linebacker was expected to stay at the hospital at least through Tuesday morning.  According to Maryland State Police Arrington lost control of his vehicle and hit a guard rail. Police do not know what speed he was traveling at when the mishap occurred.  Arrington suffered some broken bones in the crash according to a statement released by his attorney.  He was cited by the police for driving without a proper license, and failure to control speed to avoid a collision.Arrington was drafted in the first round by Washington in the 2000 NFL Draft and was a starter there until signing with the Giants before last season. This is an excellent piece from Right Wing Nuthouse on how the Edwards capaign has made a major screw up by hiring Amanda Marcotte as their "Blogmaster". I've read some of her screeds and its amazing the Edwards campaign got within 10 miles of her. I would suspect a minor member of the campaign team suggested her for the job and the senior members didn't know any better. They would likely have pointed to Pandagon as proof of her success. This was a really crappy vetting process and is an excellent example of how liberals just don't get it. How could any thinking person read her rants and think it would be a positive for any campaign?
