So I'm not really into that whole giant fake boob thing, but after seeing Playboy model, and reality show "star" Kendra Wilkinson from The Girls Next Door, in that very revealing pink top, well, lets just that I've got one head saying it's dumb, and the other saying holy crap!Add to that the fact that Kendra's top is falling off, and logic and reason go straight out the window. Seriously, though, Kendra Wilkinson is pretty damn cute (in that she's so blonde and dumb kind of way), and she looks really good in that top. In fact, she probably looks better in that top than out of it. Of course, I'm willing to test that hypthesis. Rigourously.
HENDERSON, Ky. (AP) -- Some western Kentucky school officials are disputing the data that shows Henderson, Union and Webster counties failed to make "adequate yearly progress."The districts are contesting what they say is inaccurate information released as part of "No Child Left Behind" program from the 2006-2007 academic year. District officials say there are many results turning up with blank or minimal scores even while it is certain that students took the tests.Superintendent Thomas Richey of the Henderson County school district said Wednesday "As far as I'm concerned, it's contaminated data."State Department of Education Spokeswoman Lisa Gross said some changes were made in core content standards that are affecting student scores. She added that there are always other issues that make it necessary for the state to deal with clean up and quality control. This friom WAVE TV.
We mentioned this workstation back in 2006 when it was only in prototype form, but the Trinity appears to be heading into production (see pic) with some minor changes in specs. The portable DAW sports an 8-inch LCD monitor and runs a custom build of Linux called Transmission, which is loaded with a handful of audio tracking and editing apps, as well as soft-synths, plugins, and sequencers, while control of the OS is handled by a touchpad and two buttons on either side of the screen. The system runs on a 500MHz CPU, with 256MB of RAM, a 20GB or 40GB hard drive, 802.11g, and it's all jammed into a fanless aluminum case (which definitely raises some temperature questions) that kind of looks like an elongated Korg KAOSS Pad. The box has two XLR / TRS jacks for input, and two more TRS jacks to get audio out, which doesn't provide a lot of options for multi-tracking (which appears to be its main use), and the provided USB port is only used for control of the built-in apps. There are still

Yesterday the fire blew up and consumed 1200 acres in a few hours. There was so much fire activiy yesterday on the Division that Laguna was assigned to, they couldn't even get into the area. However, despite the activity yesterday, they still have 30% estimated containment. As of this morning the fire is 1500 acres. However, steep, rocky terrain and high temps are making containment efforts difficult. These pictures were taken yesterday when the blow-up happened.

Claus Wahlers released the update for FZIP, a AS3 class library to load, extract/decompress files.
Main updates are:
Added support for Adobe Air. The Adobe Air runtime provides a low level inflate method, making it possible to load any ZIP archive and decompress compressed files without the need of injecting Adler32 checksums.

I have written several columns about the economic impact of inflation and government’s misleading inflation statistics. While the Federal Reserve does not take into account the prices of food and energy when considering inflation, I will because those are two things people tend to buy in order to stay alive. The Federal Reserve considers food [...]
