Maybe watching some of Trinity’s bone-breaking kung fu moves would have prevented Monica from being thrown around like a sack of laundry. But I suppose this only means we should plan on seeing Nikki (Ali Larter) break out a can of wup ass on those young comic-stealing punks in next week’s finale.

Last night's episode of Heroes was decent. We saw many of the Heroes and I think the only ones we missed were Matt Parkman, Nathan Petrelli and Mrs. Petrelli and The Haitian. Sylar, Maya and Alejandro - Guess who won't me in another episode. Yeah, Sylar keeps to his murderous ways and kills Alejandro. He pushes Maya to use her power and then control it. Then we no longer need her brother. Sylar ends up killing him. Sylar also contacts Mohinder and threatens Molly.So, was there an actual babysitter or did he neutralize Parkman? What is wrong with Maya, can't she see that Sylar is evil? Where did she think her brother went?Peter Petrelli and Adam Monroe - Peter is out to stop the virus from being released. Adam wants to release it and purge the world. Adam has convinced the easily led Peter that he is on the good side. Peter and Adam find Victoria Pratt. Yesterday the Johnson City Press published names, photos, and addresses of forty men caught in a sex sting at two local parks. I wrote in my blog that I thought the public shaming seemed excessive. That was an understatement. In today's paper we read that one of those accused apparently took his own life. Here is the article. One comment on yesterday's post wondered if this amounts to a public stoning. I do not think that is an exaggeration. What is the penalty for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure? Are these not misdemeanors? One hundred hours of community service? The Johnson City Press decided that these particular misdemeanors were far worse. They deserved a public shaming. A shaming so overwhelming for this one individual that he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. I am ashamed of Johnson City today. Sometimes technology uncovers things we have never considered before or shows us things we have not noticed. Such is the case with this Navy building and it’s unfortunate shape, only discovered and disseminated widely because of Google Maps and blogging. Now the Navy will spend $600,000 to redesign the landscape and buildings to change it’s appearance from the air and on Internet mapping systems. I always have been interested in environmental issue, so “How Many Earths Would it Take to Sustain You?” from Consumerism Commentary caught my attention. From his blog, I went to Consumer Consequences; and according to the site:
