It appears that unless it has to do with the no-brainer stuff like climate catastrophe hysteria or your run-of-the-mill America bashing, the way that the serious and expensive, state-run channels present their news issues often goes right over the well-educated German head.
A survey has indicated that a wide variety of big peculiar German words used during these newscasts (more big and peculiar than usual, I mean) go in one ear and right back out the other. And is it any wonder with creations like "Vorteilsschöpfung†(advantage fabrication?) or "Tarifautonomie†(tariff autonomy) or "Basta-Politik†("that's it†or "end of the discussion†politics)? And that last one was an old favourite here, I thought, from the days of Gerhard Teflon Schröder himself.

I have very, very sensitive skin as you might remember from my rather frequent complaints about it. The winter especially is hard and my skin really gets dry and takes a beating. I am also a little reluctant to slather on a very heavy moisturizer as I am also prone to break outs. Enter La Roche Posay’s Toleriance Riche. In the past, if a job wanted you to relocate, the big decisions involved schools, crime, climate, compensation and things of that sort. However, in the market that a lot of the country is in currently, the salability of your current home and of the home you’re relocating to, is just as important.
If you accept that relocation and the package does not include the company “buying you out” of your current home, things can get rough if your home stays on the market for a longer period of time (which is happening a lot throughout the country). In addition, if your relocation is going to be short term, what happens if you can’t quickly sell the new home your moving to once the company decides to move you again?
Make sure that you add the salability of all the homes involved (both current and future) into the mix for consideration when you are offered relocation opportunity.

The Browns have met recently with Brady Quinn’s agent Tom Condon and are bracing themselves for potentially challenging negotiations for the rookie quarterback, who tumbled to No. 22 in the draft. “It’s somewhat unique,” said Browns General Manager Phil Savage. “On the surface you’d like to think it’s the 22nd pick in the draft . . . but obviously, their viewpoint is going to be that there’s a premium with the quarterback position. “There’s going to be some natural argument built into this negotiation.
