Tomorrow evening I am presenting my improv class to the friends and families of the students. This improv performance is scheduled for 7.30 until 9 pm and will be videoed so that the students can later see how they performed in front of a public audience. It's to be held at National Louis University in Skokie, Illinois.There will be seven students out of a class that started with 16. It's official! I start teaching my very own Reformer class one week from today! And, I will hopefully be interviewing for 3 other classes soon. On Monday I subbed a gentle mat class. There were quite a few seniors in the class, and they were great; I had so much fun. But I was EXHAUSTED afterwards,lol! I've also started using P90X. If you don't know it, it's a very intense set of workout DVDs. It includes cardio, strength training, power yoga, stretching, and core work. Last night I did arms and shoulders. For and hour.
