ApniTally reader Pawan from Royal Star Fashion put a query about handling post dated cheques in Tally. To put his problem he says,
"We both receive and issue post dated cheques so if we want to maintain PDC status then how it can be managed in Tally."
When we issue post dated cheques then we have to maintain the dates on which it is likely to be presented in bank. Regular post dated cheques can be easily tracked e.g. cheques issued for some...

I came across a blog written by MobileJones, and he has a very special experience with Google Adsense. This experience is pretty bad and no one want to try. One day, he got the cheque from Google after he has earned more than $100 threshold for the previous month. He took that bank cheque to the local bank as usual, and want to deposit it. However, the most incredible thing happened to him - the check was bounced back! Google wrote a bad check to its publisher! Gosh! I don't know the story afterwards, and whether Google will send him another valid cheque.Apart from that, MobileJones, like most of us, has a lot of complaints on the customer service of Adsense program. When will Google agree to put more effort and resources into this program?
I just heard from my fiancée that she heard the recipient of a cheque can tell the bank that the amount the cheque is worth up to $15 more without the bank really questioning it. She claims that this came from her Bank of America rep. To illustrate it in an example, let’s say that if I got a cheque for $100, I can theoretically tell the teller that the cheque is really $110, which I would get. It is up to the issuer of the cheque to dispute this and if nothing was done, then the bank won’t be responsible either.
This might be a but has anyone else heard of this? I can’t seem to find any basis for this on the web but I trust what my fiancée is telling me. Assuming the law is true; I can see that it will help in situations where there are discrepancies between the agreed amount and what’s written on the cheque. However, this seems to be a law that can be too easily abused by the public. Can you imagine if we get $15 more for every cheque that we receive? This just doe

As a screenshot just a smidgen down the page will show, I have gotten a hell of a lot better on Mario Strikers Charged Football, on the Wii recently (279275 449152 to add me to the game), so much so that I consider myself pretty nifty now that I’ve got the hang of it.
Which has made me subject to The Richard Wynne Tactic of Video Gaming™.
Basically, when we were little, and playing Street Fighter on the SNES. I used to kick his arse so badly you’d almost think that Ryu (his favourite) had some form of handicap. However, after the 13th double perfect or so he used to switch off the console and exclaim “Who won?”. It was quite frankly the most annoying thing in the history of the world.
It seems that the internet is full of Richard Wynne’s.
For example. Myself and Sammy Small Balls are drawing a series 1-1. I score a goal, or land a megastrike (not actually score, just announce intention to score), probably about 30% of the time a “Connection Lost&rd
I find that very few people give any thought to how they should take their money when they go on holiday beyond saying they’d like $200 or whatever to the travel agent and thereby getting ripped off. So, to help you decide, here’s a little guide:
The first thing to do is to check what currency is used at your destination. If it’s a mainstream currency such as dollars or euros then it’s best to take the money in that form. However, if you’re going off to less mainstream countries, check which of the principal currencies is most commonly used there (if in doubt, take dollars). Sometimes you can’t get the currency used outside the country or can’t get sensible amounts of it so you need to take dollars or euros eg India used to only allow you to import £5 of their currency which wasn’t really worthwhile getting.
What about taking cash? Well, if you’re in America then it’s always worthwhile to take, say, $100 with you (nothing l
flangracneig pgoramian To quote the first line of Eric Bischoff’s theme music: I’m back, and I’m better than ever. I suppose a lot of you have been wondering just what the hell I’ve been upto? Well, despite drinking an obscene amount of alcohol, spending an obscene amount of money and watching a hell of a lot more TV than I used to. Mainly sport, but more on that later.
One program I have been watching loads though is Crufts. It’s dominating the TV this weekend largely due to the fact that Mum and Bonnie loves it. Whilst I have been watching it, I haven’t actually been loving it. I just don’t understand it. Basically, you have all these dogs, which all look completely different from each other, and you have to pick the best. That’s like saying “here’s this apple, here’s this orange, which one is a better banana?”.
Go on, which is it?
You just don’t know! And what are they looking for in a dog? They’re n
