Defence Minister AK Antony has inaugurated the Halcon Air Cargo Complex and Inland Container Depot at Nashik that will open opportunities for agricultural exports and also boost exim trade. Halcon is a joint venture between Hindustan Aeronautics and the Container Corporation of India. Agricultural and Processed Foods Export Development Authority has built a common user packhouse and quality control laboratory near the complex. Having one successful storage box build behind me for my old Jeep YJ Wrangler, it was time to build a storage box for my Toyota FJ80 Land Cruiser. The storage box I built for my Wrangler was very simple. It was basically a box with one very large divided drawer that was bolted into the cargo area in place of the rear seat. In the storage box, I was able to store and provide easy access to all my tools, spare parts, recovery gear and spare fluids. "Fraud in shipping is endemic, cargoes are valuable, and it has never been easier to forge documents, electronic communications, bills of lading, etc,” the ITIC notes in a statement. “Carriers and their agents must continuously be aware of this fact and take whatever steps are necessary to avoid becoming unnecessarily involved in costly claims for damages which have resulted from a failure to be careful and vigilant.” A major factor leading to claims by principals against their agents is the misrelease of valuable cargo, ITIC says. Carelessness in dealing with telex release — the release of cargo at one port when the bill of lading is surrendered at another (and is almost always done by email) —has contributed to these losses. Here is a photo preview of an upcoming article about my Land Cruiser Cargo Box/Drawer System Build. I finally got around to start building the cargo box/drawers for my Toyota FJ80 Land Cruiser. My goal was to have have a place for my dog to ride as well as having quick access to tools and equipment without unpacking everything I had strapped down. I also needed a place to house an auxiliary battery since its not an easy task to locate a spare battery under the hood of an FJ80 powered by the 3FE engine.
