So one of the headlines on my AOL welcome page was, "20 Restaurant Dishes to Never Eat".
I was absolutely floored by some of the calorie counts on these. The sodium counts were even more shocking on some of them. They didn't show the sodium count on all of them, but of the ones they did show the lowest one was over 2000 mgs and the highest one was the "Awesome Blossom" onion flower at Chili's with 6360mgs of sodium and 2710 calories.
