We're always looking for pretty, shiny colorful things. Aren't you? Well, our latest finds are beautifully colorful incalmo bottles made by artist Michael Schunke.
I love the photo on last week's EW cover for the upcoming reboot of the Star Trek franchise. Zachary Quinto as the new Spock is particularly believable in the role. I have high hopes for t...
A day after the Dow plummeted 777 points, the biggest single day fall ever, I felt it appropriate to blog about finances. However, my thoughts on the matter really haven’t changed since the LAST time I blogged about the volatile stock market. So, the following was originally published on January 7, 2008. The basic idea? CHICAGO – “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” which is the inaugural animated “Star Wars” project from Lucasfilm Animation and “Star Wars” architect George Lucas, feels and looks every bit as introductory as a foundational attempt could be.
Rating: 2.5/5.0
In many ways, the film again typifies what every “Star Wars” film always does. We’re again treated to yet another compelling s
You know Sean Delonas, the NY Post cartoonist who's routinely caught heat for being anti-gay, yet who has denied his homophobia at every turn. Yea, well, his denials are wearing thin: Look out, T.R. Knight. We hear Sean has a...

Actually, maybe it’s not such a bold prediction after all. HTC’s saying it’s going to push at least 2 million of its just-announced Touch Diamonds out of the factory and into buyers’ hands this year, and when you consider that the original Touch hit a million in five months and [...]
Rekha is another import from neighboring Kannada film industry. She made her debut in Telugu with much fanfare some time back. She had high hopes from her film 'Okato number Kurradu' with Tarakaratna in the lead. But the film did not do much for the career of Rekha and she was largely forgotten.Rekha has now returned to Tollywood once again, but this time she has changed her name from Rekha to Akshara. She is coming up with the film 'Ninna Nedu Repu' along with Ravi Krishna. The stills from the film show her in a very hot and sexy manner. Some of her poses resemble some Kamasutra angles and sexual acts. Will her change of name and bold exposing acts bring about a change in her fortunes in films?Courtesy:greatandhra
I find it both sad and funny that now that I’m debt free and in a position where I can begin saving money and investing it for the first time, a recession looms over the economy. The first three days of trading in 2008 were the lowest in the stock market’s history since 1929.
I’m no [...]
My sis is cleaning her house for my (and my brother's) visit... just to show that I don't expect her house to be spotless in order for me to see it, I decided to show her my house in it's original format. There are no special effects or editing... and you even get a glimpse of me in form of rough copy- before the benefit of shower and makeup. Also, you get a glimpse into the my version of the Wild Animal Kingdom, served with a dollop of sarcasm. ;)So, put you TMI glasses on and buckle up, you are in for a bumpy ride. :)I've seen "show me your purse" stuff floating around the blogosphere, so who dares to scare, share and bare their lair?
Ok all you Trekkies, Star Trek: Conquest is coming and those with a Nintendo Wii and PS2 will be able to grab themselves a copy. So you nerds out there had better set your phasers on stun and get involved in action.
The game, which is in time for the big holiday season is a mix of both strategy and action, which is set in the Next Generation era. When you play the game on your Wii you will be able to use both the Wiimote and Nunchuck to pilot the USS Enterprise. The Wii version of Star Trek: Conquest is $10 more than the PS2 version, but come on it is worth it.
The game will cost $20 on the PS2, and it will be $30 for the Wii.

The kids come back today, and we head off shortly on another trek into the future. I've been obsessed with some home renovations and photography, leaving little time for blogging.
Which Amy has pointed out.
I've been particularly focused on laying tile down on the concrete patio. Amy has viewed this as a "less than immediate" priority task. She pointed out that I could have been building
I haven't written just to write for a long while it seems like now, so tonight, I am just going to do the 30 minute babble exercise.I am absolutely loving every minute of being in town, and out of the peaceful lonely country I was in before. There is always somewhere to go, someone to see, someone for my kids to have playtime with, just always something. It's been great. I have been pretty content with myself these days as well. Though it seems like my depression wants to come back. It's tried slipping in a few times, yet I fight like a bat outta hell, to get out of it as fast as it peeks it evil head in. I am so scared to go back to the place where I was before, just a few short months ago, I had one of the most frightening "breakdown" I have ever experienced. I remember waking up one day, after being down in the dumps for what seemed like a month or more, I didn't keep track. Anyhoo, I woke up one morning, and just couldn't contain myself for nothing. Barely any sleep may have b
