My friend told me about this funny incident happened at his company. He's working in the sales / customer service dept and they always need to submit claims for mileage, expenses and etc.These claims needs to be approved by their manager before they handed it to the accounts dept. So this girl colleague of my friend, submitted her claims to the manager. When the manager flips through her claims, he found that there's one part where she filled in 0. Claims with 0? What's that? So the manager asked the girl, hey what's this?The girl said, oo, this is for the xx claim lar, i don't know how many km i need to put mar, so i just leave it blank and let the accounts ppl to fill it up for me lar!! I think one of the toughest parts of moving especially after being settled for a number of years is filling in the blanks. What I mean by that is we have people and places. We have doctors, dentists, the people who cut our hair, a mechanic, and so on. All these various blanks need to be filled in once you move.
You have to find that go to restaurant that you order from when the last thing in the world you want to do is cook dinner and you don’t need a menu. You have to find a mechanic that won’t rip you off and a vet you can trust your pets health to. I think it helps to have friends and family that can offer suggestions, but we all need to find the people and places we feel the most comfortable with.
In the end it just takes a bit of research and some time to find them.

Just been watching a 42″ TV which makes a disconcerting digital ping sound when starting or stopping the TV, so I assume it’s running an operating system (groan). After an hour watching the same channel and without changing any settings guess what happened? A screen-saver kicked in and blanked the screen. He-he. Who tested that?
I have my two daughters using the laptop so have switched on some parental controls, applied to their user names, to restrict access to inappropriate web sites. Also have set times that they can use the laptop. This should be interesting as this type of testing is a bit tedious if I apply these rules to my own username (So you go to a lot of inappropriate web sites then? Ed). Their usage times are from 8am to 10pm. So what will happen at 10pm when they are using the laptop and chatting to their friends on MS Messenger and their usage period runs out? I assume they will just be automatically logged out. I’m definitely going to hear about that

I upgraded to WordPress 2.05 back on October the 29th, when I had the permalinks issue, and I after getting that sorted I haven’t had much time to focus on another problem which raised it’s ugly head during that upgrade.
Since the upgrade I’ve been getting a lot of 302 (a document has moved but is found) errors when working inside the admin panel, especially when activating and deactivating plugins. I’ve also been getting 500 errors (page not found) on the “write post” pages, as the system has been unable to find the file upload pages. It’s also been causing a blank page to appear after comment submissions instead of redirecting to the article.
Well after a little bit of research on the WordPress support forums I’ve found a solution to the problem which apparently, was caused by some code fro the upcoming WordPress 2.1 which inadvertently made made it back into 2.05.
