Panel of judges in Central Jakarta District Court Wednesday sentenced Muslim militant to 20 years in prison for beheading three Christian schoolgirls in Central Sulawesi's town of Poso in 2005.Hasanuddin is accused of masterminding the beheading, buying the machetes and leaving a handwritten note at the scene vowing more killings to avenge the deaths of Muslims in an earlier conflict on Sulawesi island.Judge Udar Siregar was quoted by Elshinta news radio as saying that Hasanuddin's action can be categorized as terror crime, which could spark fresh religious violence in the Central Sulawesi towns.
Indonesian prosecutors have recommended a 20-year sentence for a Muslim militant accused of plotting the beheadings of three Christian schoolgirls which triggered international condemnation. Hasanuddin, alias Hasan, alias Slamet Raharjo, 34, is on trial over the October 2005 killings in the religiously divided district of Poso on the island of Sulawesi.
How long before people wake up and realize this is going to be a fight to the death with Islam? All during the Cold War people talked about World War III and assumed it would be nuclear combat between the west and eastern block countries. Well here it has already started and nobody has realized it. Granted it's not nuclear as everyone had predicted but it's every bit as deadly. The Democrats are telling us we have to appreciate the diversity of these savage people and not judge all Muslims by the actions of a few. The problem though is that when the majority of “good” Muslims won’t condemn the actions of the few “bad” Muslims they are bringing condemnation upon themselves. I for one will have no pity for them until they start acting responsibly as good neighbors should. By the way, I am not a Christian or a Jew so don’t toss out that card.
