Writer's Block. This is the monster capping the fount whence exist the worlds that we materialize unto paper, and I have had my share of wrestling with this monster. Fortunately, for me, though I have countless times been to hell and back with depression due to frustration with the monster, I never fixated upon the idea that writing was not for me. OK I have to admit that I have developed writers block again. I say again because this is a problem that I have had ever since I started to write. What happens is that I start to write. And I maintain production as long as I get to write every day. Even if I only manage a few minutes and type only a handful of words the next Day I can write some more. However sooner or later life intervenes and I don’t get to write for a day (or maybe 2 or 3 days). And then when I do get the time to write again, I can’t. So, as a new blogger, and fighting the sense that no one is going to understand my words, it holds me back from assuming I could get anyone behind me with my thoughts. But you know, its a process. Nothing worth while happens instantly. {summary}We’ve been home from our little excursion for three hours.  As soon as I got into the house I sat down to try to get some writing done. I have produced approximately negative one paragraphs of material because of distractions.  Furthermore, the kid is working himself into a exhaustion-fueled frenzy, and I can’t concentrate for all the noise.  If it weren’t after nine, I’d drive to Wal-Mart (*spit*) and buy some ear plugs.

Well, i've sort of been having writers block since i last posted. I haven't really been making any time for writing and have just been carrying on as before. I don't think i'm very dedicated to this writing stuff. Perhaps if i force myself into a routine of sitting down and writing for an hour each day that would help... but i find that life always ends up getting in the way!
