It is reported that witnesses saw Crisalli pick up and tossed the can at a 50-year-old Fort Plain man! The motorcycle driver dodges the can only to hit another car. Amid the stress of selling/moving/packing our house I’m also dealing with the loss of my Father in law. It hit me hard on Thanksgiving day. We had just come back from Randy’s grandmother’s house and we were at my mom’s house and I was smiling at my dad talking to my son. And it hit me. I didn’t see Randy’s dad today. He will never smile at my kids again. He will never hug them, touch them, love them again. He’s gone. I started bawling my eyes out. Isn’t it weird how you just get hit emotionally like that sometimes? I couldn’t stop crying. Randy even said to me oh man we’re in real trouble when your parents die. WAYNESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENTMEDIA RELEASEOn Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at approximately 3:43pm the Waynesboro Police Department responded to a report of a traffic accident at the intersection of King Avenue and Ivy Street involving a Waynesboro City Public Schools bus. The result of the investigation determined that Allen Knotts Jr., 37, of Waynesboro was attempting to cross the intersection on Ivy Street in front of the school bus that was traveling northbound on King Avenue. Knott failed to yield the right-of way to the school bus. The school bus struck Knott’s vehicle in the intersection. Knott’s vehicle then struck a third vehicle that was legally stopped at the intersection. Knott was subsequently charged with violation of Virginia code section 46.2-820 fail to yield right-of-way. No injuries were reported on the school bus. Two other injuries were reported from the other vehicles involved. One was transported to Augusta Medical Center.

September 26, 2007 - 6:15 pm Poplar Ave and 12th st. Jonna Kalinsky driving a 2004 Toyoda pickup broadsided a 1990 Dodge van driven by Israel Gazman. The collision cosed the van to flip on to its roof when it was struck by the pickup truck. Kalinsky was traveling north on Poplar Ave and Gazman was traveling west on 12th st. The cause of the wreck was Kalinsky failed to stop at a stop sign. There was one man transported to the hospital with non life threating injuries. The 4 other occupance of the van had no injuries. It took 1hr and 45 minutes to clear the wreck from the road. Speed was not a factor and Kalinsky is being charged with failing to stop at a stop sign. Photo/Story Nathan Combs

The man that was killed yesterday afternoon on a dirt bike, and had collied with another bike on Galena Rd. name has been released by the Augusta County Sheriff’s Office.Tim Protil, 38, of 307 Monument Drive, Staunton, was killed at the scene. He had suffered severe head trauma.The other rider Robert Gilbert, 39, suffered abdominal and chest injuries in the crash and taken by hellocopter to UVA. One man was killed in the wreck and the other was flown to UVA Medical Center. They where both waring helmets and other protective gear. UpdateAt 11:45 pm a Ford Mustang driving at a high rate of speed was coming off the exit ramp from I-64 when it struck a guard rail. The car lost power causing its head lights to go out. The two tractor trailers that were traveling north did not see the car and hit it. The driver was thrown from the car and was found on the right side of the road where paramedics prepared him to be transported to UVA by helicopter. It was unclear if the driver was wearing his seat belt. The passenger of the car was wearing a seat belt and was taken out of the car and transported by ambulance to AMC. No truck driver was injured, but both trucks had to be towed from the interstate. Virgina State Police believe that the driver of the Mustang had been drinking and are awaiting a blood test to determine his blood alcohol content. I-81 was reopened at 5:06 am in both lanes of travel. The names of the driver and passenger of the car have not been released because of their injuries and pending notifications of

August 25, 2007 - Rt. 11 near Mint Springs 1:30 am The State Police are not releasing the name of a 21 year old man that wrecked his motorcycle at speeds of about 100 mph. It started when a Augusta Co. deputy tryed to pull over the man traveling South, the driver then sped up went over a hill and by the time the deputy regained sight of the man, he had wrecked. The driver had suffered head trauma, Air Care was called but did not have a safe place to land at the Wreck so the man was taken to AMC then to UVA by helicopter. Saturday was my birthday. Yesterday the Girl Who Drinks and I were involved in a car wreck which totalled her car. After being struck on the back end, her car fishtailed sending us straight in the concrete barrier on the side of the highway where we bounced off, spun around, and crossed the length of the highway to once again smash straight into the opposite side's concrete barrier. The Girl Who Drinks suffered a minor scratch to the foot and some whiplash while I hit my head on the side of the car and had some whiplash which left me with some pain in my back and neck. Jones then stuck a telephone pole knocking it down.The live electrical wires were in the trees sparking but did not cause any sustainable fire. As of 6pm the electrical company was rerouting power so that the residents of the near by apartments could have power. The pole is being replaced and will take several hours. Unfortunately, with such low volume (i.e., low liquidity), it has been tough. One was lucky to get out at $4.95, another at $4.78, and I am not sure where the third will get out at. Total dollars lost is huge.Where did I go wrong? One, I should have sold everyone out when the stock broke the 20 day EMA, regardless of how far it dropped from that level after the break. Two, I should not have bought so much of a stock with such low liquidity. When you are one investor, it's no big deal, usually, but three, that is a another story. As part of my rules, I will now include "avoid low liquidity stocks" as one of them. I have a lot of work to do now for next week. This stock has not behaved well, even though it looked very good technically just a couple of days ago. The chart still looks okay from a more medium term perspective, as the stock is trading above the 50 DMA and 200 DMA. The former crossed over the latter a little over a week ago, which is bullish technically. The one thing I have noticed, is that the current weakness, especially today's, has been on very low volume. That normally means that you should not read much negatively into the drop, which is one of the reasons I am have been continuing to hold the stock for my clients, despite some decent losses. That being said, $4.95 will be my line in the sand. That is the 50 DMA.

Hey hey hey kids. So last night people who obviously have better jobs with better hours than me began lining up for the big C. Love show (see last post) at Hiro at 5pm. The driver Ray Lemay and his wife Cecile Lemay in the passenger seat where sent to AMC, both with non life threatening injuries. The accident happened when Mr. Lemay went to change lanes and did not see a car in his blind spot he hit his brakes causing him to lose control of the truck. The lead car tried to slow down, when it did the other cars ran in to it. A car crash involving three tractor-trailers closed the east and westbound lanes of Interstate 44 for nearly four hours Wednesday night. The accident occurred one mile east of Rolla near the 190 mile marker at 8:30 p.m. when Antwoine D. Alexander, 36, of Florissant, was traveling in the westbound land and lost control of the 2001 Freightliner he was driving. Alexander’s vehicle then slid into the median, struck the median barrier cable and continued through the median before returning to the roadway and jackknifing. Upon seeing Alexander’s vehicle in the roadway, Piort J. Urbanowicz, 34, of Elmwood Park, Ill., attempted to stop the 2003 Freightliner he was operating and lost control of the vehicle. Thursday 29, 2007 - 10 p.m. Wednesday night, a underfed man and woman where killed after the Chevrolet Camaro they where in collided with a Dodge Durango. The accident happened on Tinkling Spring Road south of the I-64 intersection. The man and woman in the Camaro were dead at the scene. The two people in the Durango were taken to Augusta Medical Center with unspecified injuries, Police have yet to determined how the two vehicles wrecked.
