It's success is now coming to repeat itself with the new set of finalists to be voted upon for the 2008 New 7 Wonders of the World. Last year, July 7, 2007, the NEW 7 WONDERS OF THE WORLD were announced in Lisbon, Portugal. It's success is now coming to repeat itself with the new set of finalists to be voted upon for the 2008 New 7 Wonders of the World. Weber, the founder of this campaign, aims to be democratic in the selection of the 7 wonders--which in this case, through online voting (i am not sure if there are other means to vote).The Philippines, according to the list of finalists, has two entries--The Tubbataha Reef and The Puerto Princesa Subteranean River National Park.
