Ex-girlfriend of Bill Maher, Karrine Steffans (also known as “supahead”) has alleged that her boyfriend Darius McCrary (Eddie Winslow from the hit TV series Family Matters) choked her out and would kill her if he got the chance! Yikes. The author of Confessions of a Video Vixen told Perez via text:

This post is for all fans of watercolour and Winslow Homer (1836-1910), who was one of the artists who very nearly made it on to my list of artists to study in 2008 and is now on the shortlist for 2009. It started out as a post to highlight the great resources which can be found in the '

BEREA, Ohio (AP) — Cleveland Browns tight end Kellen Winslow didn’t practice Wednesday because of a partially dislocated left shoulder, an injury sustained during the fourth quarter of last Sunday’s loss in Oakland. Browns coach Romeo Crennel referred to Winslow’s injury as a “mild subluxation,” or separation. Crennel was asked by a confused reporter if he meant that Winslow had separated his shoulder. “I did not say separation — subluxation,” Crennel said. “I don’t know what that more…
Browns coach Romeo Crennel said tight end Kellen Winslow bruised a shoulder against the Oakland Raiders, presumably on the last drive, when he caught passes of 33 and 23 yards to help the Browns set up their final field-goal attempt. In the locker room Monday, Winslow had his left shoulder wrapped and not in the sleeve of his T-shirt. He was wearing an electric stimulator. ”It’s a little banged up. He’ll be there if he can,” Crennel said of Sunday’s home game against the Baltimore Ravens. Reported by Marla Ridenour, Akron Beacon Journal
Michael Winslow is one of my favourite comedian. The first time i watch the show on Youtube i was shock, he can make realistic sound effects with his own mouth. I believe everyone have a talent to do that but it's a matter perfection of the sound. And Michael Winslow who is the one can achieve it.Michael Winslow showTennis Game

On the Browns official website is an interview with Kellen Winslow, in which he states that his rehab is progressing well saying, "As far as my rehab goes, I am ahead of schedule. I'll be back by training camp, if not before."Earlier in the week a rumor on the internet claimed that Winslows season, and possibly career, were in jeopardy. "I don't even know where that came from - I don't know who said that," he said. "But I love to prove people wrong. That's fuel for me. I'll be back. People continue to count me out, and that lights my fire."Whew.
A simple rumor posted at ProFootballTalk.com's aptly named "Rumor Mill" sent Clevelanders, not excluding media figures, into a frenzy after stating that Cleveland Browns' tight end and resident stunt man Kellen Winslow may not play for the 2007 season due to a microfracture surgery back in January.
The report said that Winslow's recovery was not moving along at the pace GM Phil Savage and others originally implied. In fact, they even went as far as to say that the surgery may have ended his career.
NFL Network's Adam Schefter and those who have closely followed Winslow's recovery, however are now saying that he has been off his crutches for two weeks, and the soldier should be ready for boot camp...err training camp - that is, of course, unless Joey Porter decides to punch someone else in the face.
Winslow himself said Monday evening, "I'm good, very good."
When asked about the rumor, he replied, "I don't even know where that came from - I don't know who said that, but I l
Browns tight end Kellen Winslow underwent a second arthroscopic knee surgery yesterday to remove scar tissue and to repair some damage to the cartilage.
Although the surgery was successful, we can't help but worry about yet another staph infection. Winslow had developed one last year following his previous surgeries, and the Browns organization as a whole seemed to have an issue with them. Multiple players, including center LeCharles Bentley and safety Brian Russell had also contracted infections throughout the 2006 season.
Other News:
The Browns have made several moves within the coaching staff over the past few days:
-Steve Marshall, a recent add-on to Nick Saban's Alabama coaching staff, was brought in as the Browns' new offensive line coach following Jeff Davidson's move to Carolina. Marshall also spent the '04 and '05 seasons as the offensive line coach for the Houston Texans.
-Tom Myslinski has been signed as the Browns' strength & conditioning coach to replace
Massacre Pond, Prout's Neck, Maine (21. 9. 06)10" x 8", pencil and coloured pencil in Moleskine sketchbookcopyright Katherine TyrrellThis was a big sketching day - with three sketches done during the course of the day on top of a fair bit of travelling around.Prior to coming to Maine I had decided that I wanted to try and sketch at Prout's Neck as this was where Winslow Homer used to have a house and where he often drew and painted seascapes. (This is a link to an example). Well that was the idea - easier said than done! I have a rant about the problems I encountered in the next paragraph which I would skip if you're not interested or have heard it all before!I really do appreciate how difficult it must be living in places which get swamped by tourists in the summer months - but I don't think I've ever been anywhere in the world that is so restrictive on parking as New England. In the UK we have the National Trust and where you have areas of outstanding natural beauty or histo
I'm treading very lightly here. But after weeks of not touching my brushes, I decided to plunge in (excuse the pun) and try walking in Homer's shoes. I am reading an excellent book: American Tradition In Watercolor" And was just itching to try a Winslow after looking at his turbulent seas.Admittedly this is just an tentative sketch, but it felt exhilarating to try his method. I think I will do more of this!
Another great watercolor artist is, of course, Winslow Homer. Ok, This was not good, but I am learning what he did with the water. I shouldn't paint after a long rough day, but I am so excited with this porject I can't help it.((After Grand Discharge, Lake St. John)) Butchered, but I think I will try this one again soon.
There is nothing fishy about this, not at all.Airport tape of Vick ditching bottle erased (AJC)Miami-Dade police have erased the airport security video showing Falcons quarterback Michael Vick disposing of a water bottle at the airport after it was requested by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution under Florida's public records law. The video, made on Jan. 17, was part of the investigation into the water bottle with a hidden compartment that an initial police report said contained "a small amount of a dark particulant and a pungent aroma closely associated with marijuana."The Atlanta Journal-Constitution requested a copy of the video on Jan. 18 from the Miami-Dade Police Department, under the state's public records law. Police spokesman Robert Williams confirmed that the department was the custodian of the video. When told that the AJC wanted a copy of the electronic video, Williams said police had already decided they would not release it because it was part of an open investigation. Th
Homer's rendition of the rapids in a few of his paintings is so powerful and full of vigor that you can almost hear the water roaring down the river. His use of earth colours with very little or no blues at all to depict the water is counter intuitive, but to a large extent correct of the waters in the Saguenay / Lac-St-Jean dark waters. Here is a good example of the colours. As you can see the earth colours are all around._._I did this pastiche sketch after Homer's "Canoes On Rapids, Saguenay". It is not meant to be anything more than a study of the water. I feel I am getting there. Now I have to make it my own and absorb what I have learned.
