So, take it easy. If you had listened to the experts who were dispensing the best advice available 20 years ago and locked yourself and your wealth into a plan which guaranteed to remit the then prevailing 'safe amount' of an income stream of $500 per month (a lot back then - pocket-change today) for the rest of your life, imagine the desperate poverty that you would retire to today. Stone soup would be a luxury.Yes, we need more money now but who knows what this money will be worth tomorrow. Yes, we need more income, but who can possibly know the state of the world three months from now ... much less 20 years from now? Nobody knows for sure the 'what and where' of interest rates and inflation rates and the value of money. It's just not possible.

The title is all the intro you should need.
Indestructibility
It almost goes without saying, but if your hero cannot possibly be killed in any instance which does not somehow involve an incredibly rare space-rock, then you’ve got one boring-ass hero. It’s sort of like watching Neo fight all the agent Smiths in The [...]
Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline says he will "always love" her and has promised to "be there" when she needs him. Federline, who has the custody of their two sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and 18-month-old Jayden James, insists Spears will always be important to him as she is the mother of his children. Hollywood.com quoted him as saying: "I will always love the mothers of my children, and I will always be there for both of them. I believe that any good energy I put out there brings more good energy into my own life. The relationships with my kids and family will last my whole life and are the most important to me." And Federline is determined that his children with Spears will grow up in a happy, stable environment. He said: "Their need
There are basically a lot of things in store for individuals working their way through the world of network marketing.
The road to success is so narrow and the mathematics of this business is fairly difficult to come about. Invest for two and you get one, sometimes even zero.

My friend Joanne said about blessing in disguise... I always believe that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. Despite of many life lessons I've learned these days, I found something priceless... friends who care! And today I want to thank you all for your encouragement and support. You may know that I am crazy for dolphins. It's so amazing to see dolphins jumping near the boat at the sea as if they are really excited to see us around. Dolphin therapy is really good for children with special needs. Dolphins are so inspiring to me. Do you know that YOU are my dolphins these days? I have something for you as my gratitude expression for all I've received these days... I humbly present this brand new award: True Blue Award...Dolphins are blue, so true blue, calm in the storm, they never sleep, so ever-present, they're friendly, so amicable, accountable, dependable, and protective. This award is presented for blogger
When I look back on the past eight years, eight incredible years that that have seen infertility, conception, miscarriage, childbirth and the parenting of two - soon to be three - small boys, you know what will be inextricably linked with this period in my life? I mean aside from the joy and the tears and the hope and the anxiety and the bliss and the misery and the diapers and the sippy cups and the rest of it? You know what will be the wallpaper on the background of these years?
Survivor, the reality show on CBS.
True confession time: I have never missed an episode of Survivor. Nota bene: not that I’ve never missed a season; no, I’ve never missed a single episode.
Survivor debuted on May 31, 2000. Beloved was teaching evenings at the time, and I watched the first episode out of sheer boredom. There was some other reality show about a ship or something; this one seemed like a better choice, but only marginally. Three weeks later, I found out I was pregnant for the f
I attended the CCDA conference in St. Louis this past week (thus the brief blog hiatus). It was an incredible conference and a very encouraging experience. I didn’t do much in the way of notes and things, so I don’t have a lot to post for you. However, I did find some old CCDA video on youtube, and this one from Wayne Gordon is right on. It’s about the often misquoted passage, “The poor will always be among you.”
The video is 40+ minutes long, but just listen to the first five minutes and then decide if your sucked in or not. Verse references below. (also a few other old CCDA videos in the player below)
Matthew 26:11
The poor you will always have with you, but you will not always have me.
Deuteronomy 15
15:11 There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your brothers and toward the poor and needy in your land.
Leviticus 19:9 ” ‘When you reap the harvest of your land, do not reap to the very
Jason i love you and i don’t know how to tell you. It should be the one thing that i can tell you, since we talk about everything. I just can’t.
Your the only one i want to be with. When you hug me, i never wanna let go..
Its odd for me when I find out a designer has died. A lot of times I debate on whether to write about it, but I usually don't because I don't have enough to say. Today though is different, I just found out Liz Claiborne died yesterday morning, June 27, 2007, at 78 years fabulous. Right now the cause of death is unknown, but the shock hits all the same. She started her fashion company in 1976 Art Ortenberg (her husband) and two other parties. In 1989, Liz and Art retired as active managers, and in 1989 I was one. That fact may seem pointless, but it means everything to me. When she retired, I was too young to even read, but at one-year-old I probably knew what Liz Claiborne meant. She was the first designer I ever heard of, and when I was younger I'm sure I thought she was the be all, end all. I went shopping and my mother and grandmother would ooh and aah over a Liz Claiborne this or that. I'm not sure I've ever personally purchased anything Liz Claiborne, but the respect in her st
Like a lot of lazy college kids and poker players, of which I am both, I like to watch The Price is Right. The Price is Right is nothing more than a gambling game of “Pick a Number.” Even if you did nothing but study price guides for months, you’d never be able to accurately know the prices of the stuff on this show. Most of the products come from obscure companies, and of course there are millions of products out there. Even for stuff like cars where the prices would probably be possible to memorize in a couple weeks, they throw in things like options to ensure you have no chance. This is fine. It’s a game show, and the target audience and presentation are such that it’s not supposed to be a serious game for fanatic price-guide freaks, but instead something where anyone can come in and have an equal chance to win.
However, most people don’t give themselves an equal chance. Contestants’ Row is a classic example. The first or second bidder shoul
After having started my latest blog, Trading Chart Patterns, I had asked a fellow blogger to visit the blog & offer his comments. He was very nice & said that providing fresh content would be key to the new blog's success. Little did I know that a "lurker" at his blog started flaming me, saying nasty things about me. I'm matured enough to know that such people are simply immature, and will only hide behind the Internet to hurl their unsavory comments. Well pal, let's all be immature about it, ok? Here goes: "Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never harm me". There. Got that little episode out of the way. LOL
Shweta Sharma: Television actor and anchor Mona Singh, who shot to fame as the nerdy, bespectacled Jassi on TV, is making a conscious effort to stay away from regular soap operas based on family dramas.
"Nothing as refreshing and challenging as 'Jassi' is coming my way. Besides, these days whenever we switch on the television, we only get to see saas-bahu (mother-in-law/daughter-in-law) sagas.
