The Canary Wharf area of London has seen some of the most spectacular growth in the city of London in recent years. This district is now home to major international companies, thousands of residents, hundreds of retail stores, restaurants and many cultural activities throughout the year. It will also soon be going green with a new environmentally responsible building the home to KPMG.
The Canary Wharf area of London, which has grown tremendously over the past few years, is still seeing significant growth. This area, once home to a bustling port and docks, is now one of the most desired addresses in the city for both businesses and homeowners. It is home to major international corporations, thousands of residents and hundreds of retail shops and restaurants. Additionally, there are cultural events taking place within the district year round.

The development team at Battery Wharf recently announced that they are pushing their occupancy date back from December 2007 until “1st Quarter of 2008″.
Hard hat tours are now possible in the 104-unit luxury development along the North End’s Waterfront (contact us for more details). Battery Wharf will be the sister development of the Regent Hotel, which is also scheduled for a 2008 opening. Residents of Battery Wharf will be able to enjoy many of the same amenities as the upscale hotel.
Announcement of the delay was made public on December 1st.
The second phase of Macau Fishermen Wharf will include five hotels, one theatre, at least one casino and a Thai style resort, a marina club and a service hotel. The whole phase will be complete in 3 to 5 years time and the project will cost about 10 billion patacas. Investment giant Wellington Management is working toward an agreement to lease the 31-story office tower being built by Boston Properties Inc. on Russia Wharf in downtown Boston, according to several real estate executives who have been briefed on the negotiations. Landing Boston-based Wellington, which manages $550 billion in investments, would be a major coup for Boston Properties and would virtually assure a successful redevelopment of the historic complex, which also fronts the new Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway.

In London 14-21 June and today my wife and I went to the Motor Expo that I talked about 15 May. A very small expo compared to some others that we’ve been to such as the one in Paris France. One of the main reasons we decided to catch the show was the new Audi A5 which to our disappointment was only at the expo for one day on Monday so we missed it.
P.G.O Cevennes a French sports car with attitude. This car caught our eye for two reasons; it’s in our price range 30,000 pounds and it has a classic striking look to it. To be honest I had never even heard of the make before today and now it’s in the considerations books for purchase sometime in the future. Specs: 4 cylinder, Peugeot engine, 134mph top speed, 0-60 6.8 sec and 17″ alloy wheels. The Jag, Audi, and Alfa are just a few of many beautiful cars that were on display at expo. See pics below:

This weekend while discussing the purchase of the New BMW 335 my wife decided to have a look at the Audi site and see what they have to offer. To my surprise Audi have just released the New Audi A5 a competitor to the BMW 3 series! After looking at loads of pictures and watching promo videos on YouTube my wife is sold on it and I have nearly decided on it also.
