Well I thought it was about time the site had a new look. Sweep out the cobwebs and all that. I'm still not convinced about the swirly things but I'm sure they'll grow on me. Green Weeds contrast in Shade and SunlightGreen Weeds"Oh no!", I hear you say. "Not another contrast picture!" Yes, this is yet again a photo which has two contrasting sections of colour. I found this photo when I was walking around the yard, everything is so lush and beautiful right now after the recent rain - just the right time to get a close-up of what seems to be the Creator's favourite colour - Green.This photo could be said to use a diagonal variation of the "rule of thirds," as the illuminated, lighter weeds occupy about two thirds of the picture, and the darker, shaded weeds the other third. I've had some plants growing in the garden for a couple of years now that I always thought were weeds - mostly because they generally looked a bit messy.
