I post about a live webcam of a coffee shop in Hawaii previously. After that I found this site – Opentopia that has a collection of live webcam from around the world. Most of the webcams are showing traffic condition. That’s for the local people to check on the traffic so that they won’t get caught in the jam. Together with the webcams at Bruichladdich there are now nineteen webcams available on Islay, quite a number for a relatively small island. Bruichladdich started years ago with their webcams which cover almost every corner of the distillery as well as views towards Loch Indaal and the pier at Bruichladdich. Claudio said: "The webcams at Laphroaig show views of the new Friends of Laphroaig lounge, the second in the visitors' centre, the 3rd looks at the shore kiln, the 4th at the road kiln and the last one is the view from the lounge over the bay. Very good pictures, updated approximately every second. The wonderful view of the bay is also very useful to see in real time the weather on Islay, or - much better -

I’ve been posting some construction photos lately of the new Buckhead and Midtown condo towers being built. Some of these photos were taken from webcams that the developer has set up. I wanted to get a list of all the Atlanta condo towers, or any Atlanta real estate development, for that matter, with webcams for everyone to enjoy.

Besides that, Logitech has developed a noise cancellation system called RightSound, that reduces environmental sound and echos. That’s a good addition for those of you using webcams for chatting on YM or Skype. Another fun thing about RightSound is that it allows you to create 3D Avatars that can mimic you movements, via an intelligent Software.

And, if you were expecting to pay a lot of cash for these toys, you were wrong, as both Logitech cams will be available in July for no more than 100 bucks each.

Watching online webcams - could be a fun thing - like when I asked my dad if he knows about some new staff in the city he lives in.
