As the show kicked off the arena was a sight to behold with hundreds of thousands worth of dollars going in to set up one of the most impressive Wrestlemania sets of all time and I was starting to look forward to a Wrestlemania which had potential to be a highly memorable evening.Here is my match by match run down from last night’s show.Belfast Brawl: JBL (RAW) Vs. The WWE are branding Wrestlemania 24 as “The Biggest Wrestlemania Under The Sun” making it’s reference to the fact that for the first time it is taking place in Florida and from the open air arena known as The Citrus Bowl. On Monday I received an e-mail that said I could take part in a limited pre-sale as I had purchased tickets before for an event at the Citrus Bowl. That pre-sale started yesterday. After numerous injury setbacks it seems that Ken Kennedy, or Mr. Kennedy, is finally on track to fulfill his own prophecy of being in a world championship match at Wrestlemania 24.Mr. Kennedy made the prophecy after winning the money in the bank match at Wrestlemania 23 when he claimed he would cash in his title match at the same event next year but due to injury to first the Undertaker and then to Mr. Kennedy himself the money in the bank title shot was quickly dropped to Edge as a storyline for Edge to face and beat The Undertaker.It was a double blow for Mr. Kennedy as he was to take the title from the Undertaker when it was discovered the Dead Man was injured until his own injury stopped that from happening. Yes it’s true.. John Cena will face Shawn Michaels tomorrow night on WWE RAW. It’ll be a great rematch from Wrestlemania and we’re hoping HBK can win the title without any interference from Edge or others. RAW will be in London tomorrow night so it’ll be an international battle.
John Cena hasn’t been well liked in Europe so far, but HBK is a stud. He’s been getting loud ovations and fan support and we want all the DX fans to root for HBK tomorrow night ok?

Well, Wrestlemania 23 is over. It was quite interesting with some gods and bads but on the whole it was a great show. The Battle of the Billionaires was the best one and Jeff Hardy's leg drop on Edge was too dangerous in my view. I wrote a bigger review on one of my other blogs.To read it click here

Aqui el resumen de este gran evento , que manera de terminar mis vacaciones antes de claces con el concierto de Wisin y Yandel , y Wrestlemania 23! El show comienza con Aretha Franklin cantando "America the Beautiful" ante mas de 80 mil personas asistentes , todos emocionados en este gran evento no solo los presentes sino tambien los que como yo estabamos viendolo por otros medios .Y empezo el show ! Mr Kennedy ganó el Money in the Bank en la primera lucha de la noche. Hubo varios momentos de impacto como un lance de Jeff Hardy desde la escalera en el ring sobre Edge, quien estaba sobre una escalera tendido en las afueras. Ambos luego fueron sacados de la lucha en camilla. En otro momento el Pequeño Bastardo intervino y Kennedy le pegó Samoan Drop desde las alturas. Al final Kennedy le pega a Punk, quien estaba a punto de tomar el maletín, con otra escalera y luego sube para tomar posesión y ganar la lucha.Tras bastidores, Kenedy dice que es el Mr Money in the Bank y que se cuiden

The Showstopper is going to WrestleMania. By defeating Randy Orton and Edge in a Triple Threat Match on Raw, Shawn Michaels earned the right to face WWE Champion John Cena at WrestleMania 23. This is a huge win for HBK and is great for DX. It’s great to see that the WWE has taken HBK’s career even further by giving him a chance against Cena at Wrestlemania… Let’s start counting the days here at dxrules till Wrestlemania!!!
