The Google voting system and how it affects your website popularity. Ok, how the voting system works when someone places a link to your site on their site Google sees it as them voting for your website. So someone voted for your site this means that the Google-bots then think ok this site is important enough to have another site linking to it. Next step the Google-bots checks to see what the ranking is of the website and if it is not at least 4 of 10 then the incoming link will more than likely not count for you in a sense.
