      Heroes Season 3: Villains
Seeking redemption for posting the new music video by Heroes star Hayden Panettierre, here is a promo for the new season of the show which starts in the U.S. on 22nd September. Volume 3: Villains was supposed to be part of the second season of the show but it was abandoned because of the writers strike earlier this year. While I enjoyed the second season, it did lose it's way at times -

      Scottish villains are funny
I was watching "All About The Benjamins" the other day and noticed that the villain is a full-blown Scot. The director didn't give him a dialogue coach, he was able to use his Scottish accent! This villain, played by Tommy Flanagan is about as menacing as Scrooge McDuck. An Outhouse original.

Not all Chicago mortgage loan officers are villains
I work daily with several Chicago mortgage loan officers. And I can say that our city is blessed to have such talented, hard-working mortgage professionals working here.I bring this up, because mortgage loan officers, not only in Chicago but across the country, have gotten a bad reputation as foreclosures have risen. Many blame mortgage professionals for persuading homebuyers to take out loans that they couldn’t afford. It’s true, of course, that some Chicago mortgage professionals acted irresponsibly during the days of the housing boom, signing up borrowers for adjustable rate mortgages with initial interest rates that were artificially low. When the rates adjusted to more realistic ones, these homeowners found they could no longer make their monthly mortgage payments. But the vast majo

Costume Hall of Fame: Villains who Dress Like their Enemies
Ever since I was a little tyke, I have had a special fondness for bad guys who dress like the heroes they fight. I mean, what's more disrespectful than wearing your enemy's trademark design, only screwing with the colors? Only a true badass can do that and get away with it!I never really understood why the Composite Superman made his skin green, but he made himself an abomination of the Big Two so you just knew he could (and did) cause them major problems. If Superman had more bad guys like the Composite Superman, a Superman story might be interesting every once in a while....______________________________The first bad guy who I can remember making the ultimate fashion statement is Professor Zoom. I mean, up above you have the Flash. Down below, we have the exact opposite colors, right down to the circle that supports the chest insignia. How could he help but be Flash's greatest adversary? And yes, I count the current version of Zoom as awesome. If I seem him on the cover, I must rea

A Time For Heroes And Villains
Arsene confirmed that Cesc would not travel to Villa Park this evening, disappointing news indeed. Some strange comments from the manager yesterday though regarding the January transfer window. In midfield we have plenty of players. The only area we might be a bit short is at the back because we have Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Eboue going to the African Nations Cup. We might have Johann Djourou back though. We have the option to recall him I understood that Djourou was returning at the end of a six-month loan spell to Birmingham purely for that reason. It seems now to be a questionable outcome; surely Arsene would not buy in the window in order to obtain cover for a one-month tournament? Maybe he will but I would suspect that there is a long term element to this as well, meaning someone will be leaving in the summer to keep the balance in the squad between those playing and those warming the bench at intermittent intervals. John Carew will probably be looking forward to this one, remember

Good Shoes neatly summarise their live show with one shouted lyric. Nobody leaves Concorde 2 disappointed, but they are trawling in the middle ground between elation and frustration.Support band Vincent Vincent and the Villains arguably show more promise than the headliners. Seemingly knocking around for years, the three-piece have built a repertoire of blues infused numbers that sound like they were written to soundtrack a Happy Days rip-off. Instead they were probably penned in the pub down the road last week.Frontman Vincent radiates charisma, holding a guitar as shiny as his suit.
