Los ingredientes:
1 botella pequeña de Vichy Catalán o culauier agua con gas
480 gr. de harina de fuerza
110 gr. masa madre
1 sobre de levadura seca de panadero
2 cucharadas aceite de oliva
1 cucharadita de azúcar moreno
1 cucharadita y media de sal
Elaboración:
He preparado la masa en Thermomix y luego la he cocido en la panificadora, pero se puede amasar a mano y cocer en horno convencional
Amasado con thermomix:
Se ponen en el vaso los ingredientes por este orden: el agua, la masa madre, el aceite, la levadura, la harina, la sal y el azúcar. Se mezcla todo unos segundos a velocidad 4 y luego se amasa 2 minutos a velocidad espiga.
Amasado sin thermomix
Hacer un volcán con la harina y poner lós líquidos y los demás ingredientes en el centro. Amasar hasta conseguir una masa homógenea y elástica.
