This is the 3rd update to our ex boss who has been accused of murdering his family in Oswego Illinois, and last week the prosecutors in the case have decided that they will seek the death penalty for what he is being charged with. Namely killing his entire family on a service road. Christopher Vaughn, 32, of Oswego, accused of killing his wife and three children, will face the death penalty, if convicted. Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow announced his decision to seek the death penalty Thursday.
