So how about this? A fun event held in America’s oldest city, St. Augustine, Florida! Just visit Events in St. Augustine to find out more details, but in essence this is a fun event held every month on the last Saturday night of the month. There are all sorts of music events, art galleries and exhibits, book signings and lots of exciting food vendors. All the shops down San Marco Avenue between Ripley’s Museum and The Mission of Nombre de Dios are open for this monthly event. Nombre de Dios even offers FREE PARKING!! During the last Saturday in October and November (which would be October 27th and November 24th for this year) St. Augustine, Florida (the Nation’s Oldest City) has a great antique shopping and street festival event along San Marco Avenue. Hence, the increased frequency of eateries we frequent around DU / UPtown area.Yes I was on one of those Char Koay Teo rampage, where I went try different CKT at different places. Since before there was UPtown , they had a stall by the roadside, until today, they already have two grown up sons. Today, I discovered a 3 bedroom pre-foreclosure at Uptown Lofts. Built in 2005, Uptown Lofts is a relatively new building. The building has a concierge, swimming pool, gated parking, club room, sauna and fitness center. It is located on the corner of Biscayne Boulevard and NE 23 Street, in the Arts District of Miami. Uptown Lofts has a total of 66 units. I went over and checked out the 3 bedroom pre-foreclosure an hour after I found out about it. I’ve seen other units at Uptown Lofts in the past, but I wasn’t aware that some of the Penthouse units have 20-foot ceilings. That is, until today. The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom pre-foreclosure has 1,950 square feet of living space, 20-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, a huge wrap-around balcony, spiral staircase, stackable washer/dryer and a fantastic view of Biscayne Bay.
