Translated, the name GLK basically means “short version of GL” as K is a diminutive of the German “kurz,” meaning short. The GLK is using technical components from the all-new Mercedes C-class, and it will keep very close in design to the GL-Class. Though Subaru engineers took careful measures to ensure their Impreza WRX STi tester wasn't spotted en route to the Nurburgring or at the track's staging area, eventually the car cover had to come off. It appears Subaru engineers were forced to unveil the production body of the new STi in order to test how the final form affects cooling. Though we just showed you this official teaser shot of the STi, these spy shots show the car outside in perfect light where every detail of the new design is cleary visible. Aside from some black tape, the blue STi underneath is practically naked. Note what appear to be air extractor vents or intake scoops on the sides of the front bumper, a design element we weren't entirely aware of before. We can also clearly see the rear wing now, which is less ostentatious than we were hoping. The STi has always been known for sporting an obnoxious rear wing, but it looks like that tradition will end with the 2008 model.

In the mountains of Canada, Brenda Priddy & Company managed to obtain a set of images of the new Honda Accord Coupe and Sedan undisguised during a brochure photoshoot. Both models look great with their individual design characteristics that distinguish each other. The Coupe sticks to the Accord Coupe Concept, unveiled at the Detroit Autoshow this year. However, in our opinion, the production version looks more sophiscated and elegant. Both the Coupe and Sedan snapped here are the EX-V6 trims, which are the range-toppers in its line-up.According to Jalopnik and previous speculations, the Accord will be available with two powertrain options. The 4-cylinder 2.4L is expected to pump 180HP, while the V6 model will churn 270HP. That's equivalent to the Altima V6 and 2 more horsepowers than the Camry V6. New prototypes for the Audi RS6 have been spotted in Germany, this time basically undisguised. Now that the car is free from the annoying black-and-white checkered camouflage, the extent of the changes over the Audi S6 are now clearly visible.The LED light strips on the S6’s front bumper have been removed on this RS6. New front air-intakes are larger, and they wrap around the front bumper allowing for some integrated brake cooling ducts up front. The front intakes are highlighted by low flares which continue along the side, between the wheels, making for a more aggressive stance.The rear bumper has been reworked significantly. Large single exhaust pipes replace the S6 ’s dual-tip design, and an aggressive rear diffuser dominates the rear bumper.Visual differences aside, the real story is in the RS6 ’s performance potential.
