(Yakima, WA) Local Stop-N-Go manager, Lou Jeffries, 56, has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against the regional news station KSTW-TV claiming that they used the word UNDERAGE without his consent. The lawsuit was filed for damages in the amount of one million dollars. The first of many hearings is set to begin early next week.The offending incident occurred on October 30th 2006, when KSTW-TV anchorman Ridge Fallbrook reported on a story about the rise of UNDERAGE drinking on Halloween.“Those sons-a-bitches don’t know who they’re dealing with,” said Jeffries, who is representing himself in the lawsuit.

The suit in Ohio alleges that when the girl sought an abortion in November 2004 — she was 16 years old at the time — she told Planned Parenthood staff that her father was the baby’s father and that he had been raping her since 2000. Evidently reporting incest isn’t as important as the right to have an abortion. How could they not report this to the authorities? It’s disgraceful. It alleges that the employees did not comply with Ohio law, which requires them to report suspicion of rape and incest to authorities. This is coming on the heels of this story, where planned parenthood encouraged a girl they thought was underage to lie about her age so no rape would have to be reported.
