I have been hearing about his guy for about 6 years now and it was only recently that I got to sit down and seriously listen to his work. I must say, I am really impressed. His style is more on the range with Folk,Funk, or Rock genre. With his unique vocals and musical style, most people like Mr. Tyrone Wells. "In his five years on the music scene as a singer-songwriter, he has evolved in an honest and organic manner, first scrambling for gigs and selling albums from the trunk of his car to eventually packing out The House of Blues." Tyrone recently singed on with Universal Records, so best of luck to him. His music will also be used in the up coming movie "Rails and Ties." I would complain about the demands of such responsibilities, had anyone actually asked me to record a bumper. But that was before Tyrone Kahn requested a couple of spots for Kahn Man's Comedy Corner, which runs from 7-9 p.m. and 10 p.m. to midnight CDT every Wednesday on DFSX Comedy Radio.
After careful consideration, I produced three Tyrone-related bumpers. The first plugs his show, the second DFSX Radio and the third, bonus track, features my dead-on Tyrone Kahn impersonation.
