R&B singers Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank are forming a singing group called TGT.  They are currently working on a studio alum and plan to find a 4th member via an American Idol type auditions.  The trio will go on the road this fall with their "The Shirt's Off Tour!”

A few days ago I reported on the rumor that after an altercation with his pregnant girlfriend, R&B singer/actor Tyrese Gibson punched her in the stomach and then fled his L.A. home. Well according to TMZ.com, the girl’s lawyer says that parts of the story were not true. Check this out: The woman’s attorney tells TMZ, “Reports that Tyrese punched my client — his girlfriend — in the arm, thigh or anywhere else are false. It is true, Mr. Gibson and his girlfriend had been arguing. She became very emotional and distressed during the argument and called 911 in an attempt to get a mediator. Tyrese aka Black Ty's live-in girlfriend, who's three-months-pregnant reported and/or alleges that the singer/actor hit her twice in the leg and the arm after an argument at 5:30 a.m. Following the argument, the girlfriend reported that Tyrese left the residence and she hasn't seen him since the alleged assault. The Los Angeles' Police Department has confirmed that Tyrese is the focus of an ongoing criminal investigation for alleged domestic violence against pregnant girlfriend stemming from a dispute at his Hancock Park home early Thursday.
