I was watching an early Filipino news and Korina Sanchez was broadcasting that Bill Gates, Microsoft founder and the world’s third richest man, donated $500,000 for the victims of typhoon "Frank" in the Philippines. It's good for him to do that to my countrymen but I am really scared because they might not give it to those who badly need it. It's good money already for those who deserves it and

Typhoon Frank has left many people picking the scattered pieces of whatever remains of what was once their life. It is feared that over 700 people have died after a ferry near the Philippines capsized after being hit by Typhoon Frank (Fengshen as passed in China) which is a Category 2 Storm. So far, more than 40 people from the ferry have been found alive. Some people were washed onto the shore. One of the survivors, Reynato Lanoria, a janitor on the ferry, said that about 100 people jumped into the ocean.

The Typhoon Sepat storm is strengthen to a category 4 storm and of which is producing winds of up to 150 miles an hour (239 kilometers per hour) and is hitting east of the Philippines and is also forecasted to reach Taiwan within 3 days.
