If you haven't read the book Twilight (The Twilight Saga, Book 1) yet then you probably don't know about the movie coming out in December. My little sister, who is always more "with it" than me, told me about the movie weeks ago but today is the first time I noticed how inundated the internet is with versions of the Twilight trailer. About a month ago I wrote a post titled I miss Harry Potter in which I wondered if there would ever be another series like it. A mother named Stephanie Meyer is taking on that challenge. She has already published three books of a vampire series with an eagerly awaited fourth book due out this August. And the first book is already being adapted into a movie. First-time director Michael Brandt will turn a classic episode of The Twilight Zone by Richard Matheson into a feature length film called Countdown for Summit Entertainment. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film "revolves around a group of astronauts who land on a planet only to find a crashed spaceship and corpses that eerily resemble their own. They then must piece together where they are and whether they might in fact already be dead." So the Twilight Heroes wiki that was my source of knowledge on the game has ceased to be. I guess the wiki lost it’s server/host and the redirect page it goes to when you try to go there doesn’t actually redirect you to anywhere, bummer I know. But all hope is not lost! Some industrious folks in Twilight Heroes‘ first (and only) guild have taken it upon themselves to remedy this. Okay so after several hours of trial end error I think I’ve gotten the hang of this. I switched a few thing around and added our first review, for the browser-based RPG Twilight Heroes. Not a bad afternoon’s work if you ask me. Not gettin’ paid for it but hey, gotta start somewhere huh? I’m going to add a few more reviews this weekend so check back in a few days to see what’s cool that you’re missing. Until next time.

Contemporary Twilight Tulip is a departure for me from my Creative Realism for a little creativity and experimentation. I want to use it in my commission portfolio to give clients ideas to consider for their projects and to show my versatility. I’m always leery doing such and might still decide against it. It is definitely more modern than I usually paint much like the painting I used to do at work. There was always something different to do which kept it exciting and fresh.
The base for Twilight Tulip is gesso, then glass beads and volcanic particles and varnish; makes a fun surface for painting. The glass beads are not having the effect I hoped for but I’ll get that later. I hope that they’ll show just a little inner sparkle after final touches are applied.

I started seeing it two weeks ago. There was an comment piece in the Financial Times that claimed that American environmental policy was actually cutting edge. The trend started then, and since I have seen a range of articles, posts, commentaries and editorials that claim with Orwellian “doublethink” certainty, that the US not only has a strong position on Climate Change, but always has.
I think it’s nothing short of spooky. Here are, once again, the platoons of press suddenly and rather inexplicably, saying things that don’t make sense. Perhaps it’s a zombie movie, and newsrooms of great newspapers from around the world have been infected. And what is oozing out onto the page is the ghoulish entranced delusions of the half-dead: “Bush likes climate change, always has, ooooooohhhhhh”.

I listened the new Ash record today, and so i liked it, not very much. Don't get me wrong, i always try to do my best while listening to a record. The whole record is merely okay, some nice guitar hooks, college rock, pop punk, or maybe falling of a good band! A song from this brand new record named Dark And Stormy reminds an unforgatable hit song Under the Milky Way by The Church, and i first asked myself why i liked this song?
