Although not nearly as robust as WordPress, Tumblr is a great way to get people blogging and useful for quick informational updating. It’s easy to use interface is the most simple that I’ve seen and you can be “tumbling” or create a “tumblog” in literally, minutes.

In questo periodo di poca attività qui, ho deciso di scrivere sul mio tumblelog su tumblr. Come scritto nella descrizione, ogni cretinata che mi passerà per la testa la scriverò lì. Non so ancora bene come usi quella piattaforma, a prima vista sembra semplice.

Si alguien no conoce Tumblr: un blog reducido a su mínima expresión. Microblogging, dicen algunos. Un cajón de sastre en la Red, donde ir guardando y colgando cuanto nos llama la atención: citas, URLs, imágenes, vídeos, texto, feeds, chat… Un miniblog para casos de urgencia, un cuaderno de notas que no nos obliga a redactar.
Permite postear desde el móvil y provee de un widget (”tumblet” en este caso) para usuarios de Mac.
Tumblr tiene además versión móvil. Cualquier página abierta en Tumblr genera de forma automática una página formateada para ser visualizada convenientemente en un dispositivo móvil. Eso sí, sin posibilidad de configuración.

Frantic Industries tiene un “paso a paso”, de cómo postear a todos estos servicios de “miniblogs / Web IM” que tan adictivos se están volviendo.
El tutorial, utiliza a Pownce como “herramienta principal”. Es decir, publicaremos a Pownce, y automáticamente, el mismo posteo aparecerá en Twitter, Tumblr y Jaiku.
El paso que debemos seguir? Simplemente crear un RSS Feed para Twitter en Twitterfeed (necesitan una cuenta de MyOpenID) y añadir un Feed co nuestra dirección RSS de Pownce. En mi caso, es

Reemplazando, claro, arturogoga con su nombre de usuario de Pownce.
Una vez hecho esto, todo lo publicado en Pownce, aparecerá en Twitter.
