I will normally discard my used car batteries or give away FREE to mechanics. However, the situation might be the order way now!!! Months ago there was a price increases for car batteries caused by the increasing price of battery lead. As the prices of lead increases, now you can even sell your used car battery for a good price between RM30 to RM300 (RM 300 is for those lorry’s battery).
I do think that this will be some good news to consumers and it saves us some money on our car battery replacement as we can now tread in our used car battery for a better price, and it saves our environment as well!

Tens of millions of American motorists know the routine: to check if your tires are worn out, insert a penny in between two treads. If you can't see the top of Honest Abe's pate, it's time for new shoes. The Tire Rack says it's time to upgrade the coinage involved from a penny to a quarter, from Abraham Lincoln's head to George Washington's noggin. According to the South Bend, Indiana tire vendors, the switch raises the old test's 2/32-inch (1.6mm) or less standard to 4/32-inch (3.2mm). To justify the switch, The Tire Rack tested a 2006 Ford F-150 Super Cab 4x2. Shod with Abe-compliant rubber, the truck averaged 499.5 feet to stop from 70 miles per hour on wet pavement. The same vehicle riding on quarter-compliant tires stopped almost 122 feet (24%) shorter. I used all of the bobbin thread that came with my Baby Lock Emore and then went and bought some sulky and some Brother bobbin thread. I was having all kinds of problems with them. With the Sulky, the tension had to be dropped to -4 and with the Brother, no amount of tweaking helped. I finally realized that that the Sulky and Brother were both a standard 60 wt and the bobbin thread that came with my Emore (brand name: The finishing Touch) was 90 Wt.
I ordered 5 spools of Finishing Touch 90 wt from my dealer and they arrived today. I dropped my wound bobbin in and raised the tension from -4 to -1 and Voila, everything worked great again. The Emore will work on 60 wt, but it works much much better with 90. Heads up to anyone wanting to buy this machine...you will need to be prepared to order 90 wt. or plan on doing a lot of testing and tweaking!
