MAD Magazine January 1965Photo by: JasperdoPowerline Blog Tells us that "For several decades, the Democratic Party has pursued policies designed to drive up the cost of petroleum, and therefore gas at the pump. Remarkably, the Democrats don't seem to have taken much of a political hit from the current spike in gas prices. Probably that's because most people don't realize...
Consorting with the enemy should eliminate anyone from becoming a public representative.
The proposed law is actually an amendment to the already-existing Knesset Basic Law and would disqualify the candidacy of any would-be MK who visits an enemy state.
This only makes sense. How can a person claim to be loyal to a country and defend it's people when that same person is dining and laughing with
(CNN) — Sen. Joseph Lieberman, I-Connecticut, compared presumptive Republican nominee John McCain to a surprising figure on Sunday — Democratic icon John F. Kennedy. “I'm a Democrat who came to the party in the era of President John F. Kennedy,” Lieberman told George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s “This Week. ”It's a strange turn of the road when I find among the candidates running this year that the one, in my opinion, closest to the Kennedy legacy, the John F. Kennedy legacy, is John S. McCain.” The Democrat-turned Independent endorsed McCain in early February, surprising many in the Democratic party. Lieberman, who ran with Al Gore on the Democratic presidential ticket eight years ago, insisted that his views have remained consistent while the Democratic Party changed. “The D

Talk about infiltrating enemy territory: Fresh off his big win Sunday that propelled him to his fourth Super Bowl in seven years, you'd think star QB Tom Brady might want to stay away from the hometown of his next opponent, the New York Giants.
The Left in this Country has attacked George Bush for increasing Executive power since he became President. They accuse him of taking away our liberties, and breaching the Constitution. They also call for his impeachment and proclaim that he betrayed our Country.
Although these accusations are accepted as fact by liberals today, they cannot point to a single instance where their own personal...

There are people who believe we must do whatever it takes to win this war and there are others who believe that if we lose our humanity we’ve already lost on a much deeper level. I used to sit myself proudly on the latter side, but not so much anymore. It’s not that I necessarily disagree with that group of people anymore, it’s that I agree with both groups and have seen what our enemy is willing to do.
The Bane do not care who is dying nor do they show us any mercy. There is no reason we should feel any need to either. We do not have numbers on our side and every single time we hesitate to take necessary action we lose a few more. That isn’t my idea of fighting a good war. Maybe I’m becoming a bit too much of a soldier, having too much fun with it now, but I still believe that we are in the right here, even when our actions are…less than exemplary.
I’m not really proud of what I did, I don’t think you ever can be when you are ki
With friends like these who needs enemies? The IEEE-USA issued a statement supporting turning our University system into a glorified green card machine. They also have literally teamed up with a corporate lobbyist organization, the SIA, to issue their policy position. The IEEE-USA claims to be concerned about career and labor issues for it’s United [...]
Those still subscribing to the newspaper would be well advised to cancel their subscriptions, because the Los Angeles Times is clearly determined to undermine justice in the war on terrorism, as they show with this latest hogwash (Hat tip: Rhymes With Right). They say:John Walker Lindh broke the law. But 'the American Taliban' wasn't a terrorist, and he deserves clemency. What?!? Excuse me? Seperating between just about anything he actually did and the descriptions that fit the crimes is unforgivably obscene. He should be sent to chair, pure and simple. This is propaganda and denial of the worst kind.

The reality is we are under this present pathetic political system and their mandate was on the premise and perception of voters that they will oppose the cheating errr seating president for its excesses. I say Keeping them
What is this crap?? حوادث وقضايا - جريدة الأخبار this is crap ,real crap , for those who don't know Arabic , this piece of news was published in the front page of the daily "Akhabr" newspaper today saying that "The Bedouins of North Sinai who were protesting against the regime Expelled the "Kafya" and "Ibn Khalidon" members who came encouraging them to protest on the international borders , the Bedouins insisted on their patriotism and nationalism and they said that the government was so nice ,so great .... bla bla bla to the rest of the pravada crap!!" I am sorry but what the "Akhabr" is hinting to exactly ?? That "Kafya" and "Ibn Khalidon" members are traitors ?? The Bedouins are patriots while the civil organization members are not !!?? because this is what I got from reading the news, they are trying to make the two civil organization members as traitors who are encouraging people to rebel and protest forgetting that the Bedouins in
I find it humorous when the left gets all upset about us questioning their patriotism. I guess they donÂ’t understand the old line that if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like a duck then chances are it is a duck. I have this mental image of Daffy Duck all offended asking how dare I call him a duck but in Mahers voice. ~RJH Hot Air article link Hot Air: Maher to Bush admin: DonÂ’t question my patriotism, traitors!posted at 6:30 pm on March 25, 2007 by Ian Send to a Friend | printer-friendly Strong content warning. The Guardian talks (very misleadingly at that) about a couple of self-hating Jews in Britain who consider the rights of palestinians more important than Jewish rights:A group of prominent British Jews will today declare independence from the country's Jewish establishment, arguing that it puts support for Israel above the human rights of Palestinians.Mistake number one.Independent Jewish Voices will publish an open letter on the Guardian's Comment is Free website calling for a freer debate about the Middle East within the Jewish community. Among the more than 130 signatories are Stephen Fry, Harold Pinter, Mike Leigh, Jenny Diski and Nicole Farhi, as well as leading academics such as Eric Hobsbawm and Susie Orbach. No freer than any other debate to come down the pike in Britain since who knows when."We come together in the belief that the broad spectrum of opinion among the Jewish population of this country is not reflected by those institutions which claim authority to represent the
