      Traineo - Motivational and support website for weight loss and fitness
      I came across this website the other day and thought it might be of interest to the Ihealth community. traineo.com is a free website that gives you the motivation and support to reach your weight loss and fitness goals. Registration was very easy largely due to a simple and clean design. You are guided through the setup and prompted to establish your current details including age, sex, weight, height and other particulars. You can start entering information from this point on that will help to you meet your goals. There are several options on your personal home-page that allow you to begin plotting your diet and fitness. The way the site has been designed is really smart in so much as it calculates certain activities. For instance, by clicking on My Workout, I can select any type of activity I have done for the day (eg. walking), it asks how long you walked, how difficult it was and will calculate roughly how many calories you burnt up doing that particular activity.       Get in Shape with Traineo and LIFT
      Web site Traineo is a weight loss and fitness tracker designed to keep you motivated to achieve your fitness goals. I noticed a lot of Podfitness people on there, so I thought I'd check it out. Aside from the bevy of graphs and tables for tracking your exercise and diet habits, Traineo has a really interesting concept wherein you choose up to 4 motivators (friends, family, - whomever) to receive weekly progress reports from Traineo. I sort of love this idea, since I'm big on the notion that announcing your goals is a terrific motivator. Finally, Traineo has its own community features for sharing encouragement within the Traineo community. And, you can create your own groups... of which I did. This is a FREE service, so please join my group: LIFT.(Bare with me, as I just made the group... so it needs some help, but don't let that stop you from joining!) As a health club owner myself, I'm not often wowed by fitness web sites, but on first use, I'm really impressed with Traineo.
