Mediaweek.com - After years of wondering what Jay Leno would do after his Tonight Show stint ends in May 2009 (and Conan O’Brien steps in), its official: he’s heading to prime-time as host of an unprecedented Monday to Friday 10 p.m. talk show similar to his late
Life As I Know It tagged me for a meme. ME! How did she know I was achingly empty and without any time to come up with a real post? So today I'm doing a meme called an "honesty" meme which I have to point out is bordering on the offensive, I mean aren't we always honest here? [she says self-righteously]. But I'm going to try and be even more honest wherever possible with some soul-wrenching, he
I know many people think I'm crazy when I tell them this but it seems as though my hair and my nails grow much faster living here. I have no idea why that is but even my beard grows faster and thicker. Depending on where you go a hair cut here costs anywhere from 30 pesos to 150. 150 pesos is a little over $3. I have tried both..The majority of barber's here are transvestites. In Tagalog they are

Ever since the Windows 7 demo with Steven Sinofsky and Julie-Larson Green at PDC 2008 where they showed off the new “superbar” taskbar, there’s been a lot of questions about how the new taskbar will work, customized or tweaked.
Unfortunately because the pre-beta build did not contain the new taskbar, it’s been hard to answer those [...]

Given Netflix’s blatantplunge into the world of online content delivery, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the outfit’s execs understand that physical media is at risk. Paul Pierce looked just fine helping the Celtics jump out to a 2-0 lead. Kobe was Kobe again as the Lakrs took Game 3. The Celtics mounted an impressive comeback to take Game 4 and a commanding 3-1 series lead. Rudy Fernandez will likely leave the Spanish League to join the Blazers next year. Doug [...]
First off, thank you everyone for the sweet comments - minus the fat and materialistic one - to yesterday's post about 100 (un)interesting things about me.It was great to see that I'm not alone in my freakish and girly tendencies. Sorry about missing the Tidbits last week. I was in the hospital as my wife had our second son (Owen). I’m still catching up and adjusting so the tidbits won’t be quite as inclusive just yet.

In the 1812 years is the first attempt to impose a tax on income Americas occurred during the War. After more than two years of war, the federal government owed an unbelievable $ 100 million in debt. To pay for this, the government doubled the prices of its main source of revenue, customs duties on imports, which hindered trade and eventually less revenue than the previous lower rates. And to think
Interesting bits from the Random House/Zogby poll of readers that was released on Friday:In very similar percentages by gender, some 82% of readers still prefer curling up with an old fashioned book rather than reading one via the use of any type of electronic reader. Not surprisingly, younger readers seem to be more open to reading books in new formats (13% of those under 30, compared to 6% of
There goes a saying about the shopper’s mantra, “Never pay retail,” diba? Here’s an inside look of how retail pricing works for clothing.

The Lakers had no answer for Carlos Boozer (27 points, 20 rebounds) in Game 3 as the Jazz made the series 2 Games to 1. The Knicks landed Mike D’Antoni. Dallas opted for Rick Carlisle. Detroit won without Chauncey Billups (hamstring) to take a 3-1 series lead. Rip’s 32 points led the way. Cleveland beat Boston in Game 3. The C’s still have a 2-1 lead. Deron Wil

It brings me great pleasure to report the trash-talking, can’t back it up Wizards got bounced by the Cavs on their home court. The “Overrated” One had a triple-double to seal their fate. Papa John’s apologized for printing LeBron “crybaby” shirts by offering 23 cent pizzas. The Hawks avoided elimination to even the series at 3 against Boston. Utah kept T-Mac’s (40 points, 10 rebounds) streak alive as they elimated Houston. He still hasn’t gotten out of the first round of the playoffs. Kobe Bryant won the MVP. Detroit pounded Orlando to take Game 1. New Orleans drilled San Antonio to win their series opener. The Celtics weren’t good enough to beat the Hawks on the road, but they were good enough to win Game 7 and th

Philadelphia beat Detroit to take a 2-1 series lead. Dallas fought back (Dirk 32 points, 19 boards) to take Game 3. Before the game Josh Howard spoke of how he likes to smoke weed. Grant Hill won the Joe Dumars Award for good sportsmanship. Tony Parker had 41 points and 12 assists as San Antonio took a 3-0 lead over Phoenix. When they traded for Shaq to limit Duncan, they forgot to address acquiring someone to slow Tony Parker. Charlotte fired Sam Vincent. Chris Bosh had 39 points & 15 rebounds, but he couldn’t keep Toronto from falling into a 3-1 hole against Orlando. The Lakers shut down Denver to take a 3-0 series lead. Leaving Eudora for Apple Mail: A Difficult Switch to Make

So after yesterday's more "complicated" topic, I'll keep it light today. Plus, Lulu has picked a very light, happy song from my iTunes library for us to listen to so we'll keep on that trend.Riding the bus to work every morning, I've noticed two new trends on my morning commute, one of which intrigues me and the other that annoys me (I believe it bothers me because it's just too early in the morning). I'll let you pick which is which.CuddlersThis used to be a winter-only trend on my route but now they're out in spring. Cuddlers are the swooning in love people who cannot bear to not have any physical contact with each other on the bus, regardless of how this affects other riders.I once had cuddlers on the bus who were so attached at the hip that they refused to allow other people past them
So today was not the best day. I had the same woman that I was speaking with on the phone yell at me twice, once almost so bad that I teared up. Awful. I hope she gets a plantar's wart for that unnecessary action. And then the traffic lights on the Belmont LSD exit going North were out, which lead to much lawlessness and traffic getting home. While the Haribo Frogs comfort me before I go back to work for a bit tonight, I did have two fun things to share.Saturday Night Live "Annuale" drug adOn this week's Saturday Night Live show, it featured an faux ad for a women's birth control pill, Annuale, which helps women only have their period once a year, which means you're pretty much doped up on hormones for 11 months. Whoa.Anyhow, here is a link to Tara Parker Pope's weekly Times column which ha
Dear Eliza,I have never, in all of my many seasons of watching Survivor, ever seen anything funnier than you having the following conversation with Jason:E: That can't be the immunity idol!J: Yes it is!E: No! It can't be!J: Uhhhh...... why?E: Because it's just A STICK!I laughed loud and I laughed long. It was the best moment of the entire season.Your new #1 fan,JenPS Isn't Ami almost a little bit creepy with the way she can look someone in the eyes and smile as attempts to destroy them?

1. Why is the Sunday before Easter called Palm Sunday? Palm Sunday, one week before Easter, is the beginning of the Christian religion’s Holy Week. By the late 300’s, it was part of a trend for Christians in Jerusalem to remember the last events of Jesus’ life by holding services at sacred sites in the [...]

1. The funniest thing I have seen on Survivor in a while was Ozzy hiding the immunity idol under his straw hat as he talked to Kathy. The hat was way up high on his head and it appeared to have a flowered scarf on it and it was way funnier looking than I can describe here. Trust me.2. Tracy is one smart cookie. She knew exactly what to say to get send Joel into a panic and vote out Mike. I'm bummed that they're mixing up the tribes next week (as per the previews) because I would have like to see how she would have done next week with her original tribe. This tribe mix-up is going to screw with an interesting dynamic. Poo.3. I wonder if anyone will be fooled by Ozzy's "immunity idol". What would you think if you found that stick? I think I would think that someone already found the
Achieve a Deep Uninterrupted Sleep -Today Americans get 25 percent less sleep than they did a century ago. Nearly 4 out of 10 don’t get the minimum 7 hours of sleep necessary for optimal health and daytime functioning, while 15 percent get less than 6 hours most nights.

Some condensed news and notes on various topics: 1. The NEFA Foundation has released full English transcripts of the audio of Al Qaeda #2 Ayman Al-Zawahiri denouncing the Annapolis Conference and released on December 14, and of the subsequent video "interview" of him, released on December 16 . I see by his claims of success in Iraq as a retort by "Al Qaeda Central" to comments (by Walid Phares here and others) that OBL's October 22 tape was an admission of deep frustration over the course of events...(read more)
Here are a few tidbits I found amusing today. Maybe you will, too. From "Commitments Differ for College Players, Coaches" by NPR commentator Frank Deford:There are, I have discovered, four things in the world today that you absolutely cannot count on:AirlinesVladimir PutinGiving a small boy a goldfish and expecting it to live very longCollege coaches honoring their contracts. . . [the NCAA] is essentially to college athletic departments, what the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce is to casinos______________________________________________________From a story on the release tomorrow of the results of George Mitchell's 20-month investigation into drug use in baseball:[Baseball Commissioner] Bud Selig does not plan to attend the news conference at a Manhattan hotel a few blocks from the commissioner's office.(well, either he's too lazy to travel a couple of blocks or he is doing the MLB equivalent of sticking his fingers in his ears and screaming "I can't hear you!")_______________________
I know you all have hours of holiday time left to burn, so here are some things that might help pass the hours:* A vocabulary test to see if you know what embrangle, carrageen or coleopteras are (thanks to Allysha at Bells on Their Toes) It. Never. Ends. 7000 grains of rice and I'm begging for more . . .* A geography test to see if you know anything about anywhere (thanks to Gosduck at Wishful Thinking). OH THIS IS FUN! I scored 368,000 points and 111 for my traveler I.Q. but it wasn't enough to continue to the final two levels. I got Guinea and New Guinea mixed up under the pressure of being timed. Who knew Paraguay and Uruguay were so far apart? D'oh!* Jen at Something to Say is hosting with Allison at Soccer Mom in Denial a reading day challenge in January for all who are interested . . . if you're not still playing that geography game.* GoodyBlog is hosting some fabulous giveaways this week.***Also, thanks to Waily Waily for passing this award my way:and to Ames for this o
I have never really liked cramming. However, college just makes it quite impossible to not cram at least one thing every semester. It also doesn’t help that most of my peers are crammers, which makes the experience of collective cramming is quite comforting at the end of the day.
When it comes to writing my papers, my “magic hour” usually just sets in just before dawn. I try to finish around 1-2 paragraphs early on (even days in advance) and end up taking a long break to review my notes and outlines. Then, I sleep/nap until I wake up at around 3 or 4AM (I don’t even need an alarm for that.) to finish the remaining paragraphs. I always finish on time. Most of my best work are created during those hours.
All-nighters work best through Skype or YM with my group mates. Nagdadamayan kami. And that works.

By: Nick Monks The world is a dynamic place. Part of the dynamic nature of life is the wonderful things it creates. That being said, there are also some strange things that are both unusual and very interesting. In fact, here are 10.1. Think eating celery is a good way to lose weight? You are right. You will expend more calories eating it then you will take in.2. Think the longest word in the English language is supercalofragilistic? Nope. Not even close. The longest word is pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. This whopper of a word is the name for a lung disease. Imagine catching it and then being unab3. According to ESPN.com, the Dolphins have decided to move to their quarterback of the future John Beck and see what he is capable of. He will make his starting NFL debut against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Chris Mortenson of ESPN is also reporting that the NFL has re-instated RB Ricky Williams after serving an 18-month suspension because of his violation of the league’s substance abuse policy. Dolphins head coach Cam Cameron will discuss in a meeting soon whether or not he is open to bringing back the former first-round pick to the team.
Here are some news and notes from the latest Quarterly Real Estate Report issued by Portland State’s Center for Real Estate.According to PSU, the September 2007 median price of a Portland area home was $274,900. That’s up from the 2006’s median price of $267,000.On that note, PSU states real estate appreciation in Portland has risen 3% during this time span while national home values have dropped 4.2%.Interestingly the report says that national sales are down 19%, while Portland’s home sales have fallen by 32%, but that the housing market here has resiliency because of the urban growth boundary (UGB) which limits construction. And the PSU report goes on to say that the areas of Portland with the greatest appreciation are found in the inner city: Northeast Portland and Southeast Portland. Lake Oswego & Milwaukie/Clackamas are experiencing price declines, according to PSU’s findings.
Bradford's line sold out first, or close to it (SZ, NewEnglander, DD)ALL of his standbys were sold out as well..the line was enormous. (NewEnglander)He was so surprised and looked genuinely amazed and ecstatic at the amount of support he was getting. Out of all the little tents set up for autographs, his by far, was the most crowded. People were crazy trying to get to see him. He looked so happy. He was like Tigger. He kept bouncing and going from one place to the next, talking to us all. And I heard him say to someone that over the course of 2 days, he only got 4 hours of sleep! People gave him a baseball, and chocolate, and two girls gave him a shirt that said 'Babe Magnet'. He put it on and everyone screamed. He made everyone laugh. He was very personable and friendly and listened and talked to all of the autograph people. He signed anything they wanted him too and took multiple pictures with everyone. Some girls even kissed his cheek! Because he was so friendly, they only had eno

I forgot to post that Matthew did make it 3 days without verbalizing. He tells me next he wants to try 2 more experiences.....being blindfolded so as not to see and then earplugs so as not to hear. What's he learning? I have no idea but he is keeping a journal and I get a great big hug every morning. Must be doing something for him. I think I am experiencing more and more anxiety the closer we get to Joseph's court hearing. This young man has so much potential and yet he actually wants to be sentenced as an adult. It leaves me wondering just what he is trying to punish himself for. I want this over with so we can move on with him. We found a great ministry willing to step in and enroll him in their mentoring program but we need to have an ending first with this stuff first. Ebony continues to do well. I'm so glad she is on the near normal side of her psychosis. She calls every night and we have been able to have normal conversations. Its during these times that I so wish the
Potty training two little boys at once sucks. Beyond anything it sucks. I see no end in sight and no ‘true’ potty success for boy2 in over a week. Yet he still wants to potty like Woodrow. Woodrow is doing a great job so far but the poo issue is still only done in a diaper at his request. (at a loss for how to resolve this)
There are crickets in my basement. I can’t see you but damnit I can hear you. STOP rubbing your long legs together. It’s annoying and I can’t find you to make you stop. @#$%^$#@$!@
Thank God it’s Friday. I need a nice long soak in a warm bath tonight.
RIHANNA has laughed off reports she is dating Hollywood star SHIA LaBEOUF. Eventhough the pair were photographed dinning together on August 28th in Beverly Hills, Rihanna denies a hook up. Rihanna says, "Me and Shia, we are just friends, you know, we barely even know each other." Remember she said the same thing about Omarion...guess we'll have to wait for photo of two humping each other, until it's just not true! Poor EL DEBARGE! Don't let the skinny light skin MARC ANTHONY resemblance fool ya! The DeBarge family is gangsta, no lie. According to TMZ, "Debarge is being held on several outstanding warrants ranging from vandalism to drugs to driving with a suspended license. On these particular warrants, bail is not an option -- which means El Debarge will stay behind bars until he sees the judge." Say bye bye to those dancing shoes! Despite rumors TISHA CAMPBELL & DUANE MARTIN are OK! Tisha is also denying reports that DUANE MARTIN is enjoying homosexual romps with WILL SMITH. She i
DMX's attorney told reporters that his client is devastated by the loss of 12 dogs that were confiscated during a raid on his home in Arizona. Although no charges have been filed against the rapper yet, his attorney maintains that DMX is "totally innocent of all charges". Rumor has it that DMX has been seen at the property within the last 3 weeks, but his attorney claims that X has not been there in several months. I don't know about y'all, but this seems like some type of witch hunt. First, they got Mike Vick and now they got DMX. I'm tellin y'all it's a conspiracy!Just when you thought it was safe to walk the streets, crazy ass Foxy Brown has filed a lawsuit against the Corrections Department begging to get out of jail. Foxy had the nerve to say that the judges decision to lock her wild ass up for allegedly violating her probation was "arbitrary" and "unlawful". Foxy pulled a Paris Hilton and claims that she's "suffering greatly" at Rikers. Damn shorty hasn't been there for a
Ashanti has been so stressed out lately cause she hasn't been able to shed those extra punds. The songbird gained so much weight, she refused to be photographed during the weekend opening of the Ivy Hotel in San Diego. And all this time I thought all that thickness was thanks to Nelly puttin' in some extra work. I'm just wondering when she's gonna make a comeback?? Another celeb trying to slim down is SNL star Kenan Thompson! Supposedly Kenan is on a strict diet in order to play Barack Obama. If he doesn't drop the weight we might be seeing less of him when the new season of Saturday Night Live starts. Thompson says, "It's going to be a real political year and I'd hate for the show to have to seek somebody out to play Obama when they have me sitting there." He plans to lose 60 pound off his 260 pound frame. Damn...the pressure! Ludaris is trading in his rap cap to be a professor for a day for a new MTV show, "Stand In", focusing on contemporary history-makers. According to MTV,

Wu-Tang Clan stars RZA and GZA are to appear at the Hip-Hop Chess Federation tournament in San Francisco, California in October. Keyshia Cole has recently denied those rumors of her beef with Mary J.Blige. In fact, she claims she hasn't spoken to the Queen of Hip Hop/Soul in months. Sounds like someone is punking out!
I really am packing here…the boys and I are heading to the beach. Olie and Randy will hold down the fort while we are gone. No flickr, twitter or WP while I’m gone.
Signed up for MOPS this morning. I know I know…but like I said I need some religious direction in my life and I think this might help. I get two free mornings a month…so it can’t be THAT bad.
We went to the National Aquarium yesterday and the WWII memorial. The memorial was more emotional and thought provoking than I thought it would be. It was a powerful place. The aquarium was ‘eh. Just what I expected really. An aquarium in the basement of the department of commerce can’t be all that…and it wasn’t. We had a nice afternoon even though it was damp, cloudy and humid.
There are an awful lot of fountains at the WWII memorial and Woody tried to dive into all of them.
My favorite pic of the day: Woody hiding up in the tree at my parents house.
okay back to packing&hel
Isaiah Washington is rumored to talk about his "Grey's Anatomy" firing on Star Jones' new show on Monday. Expect to hear more of his whinning...why won't he just let it the issue die. Kim Porter looked rather sour after being seated at the table of her ex, Sean Diddy Combs, at Tenjune . I thought she moved to L.A. with the kids...?? Do I sense a reconciliation in the near future?Fat Joe & Lil' Wayne actin' like divas at the Ozone Awards' red carpet. "Fat Joe commanded that the red carpet be shut down for him while he and his 30-strong entourage walked down it, and Lil' Wayne was adamant about getting hot girls to personally fan him as he walked down the red carpet - but he didn't want to take any pictures," a snitch said. "They got what they wanted, since it was down to the wire.
I need to buy more sippy cups..is it weird that I won’t buy them at thrift shops, consignment shops or other places like that? I would use a sippy cup from a friend I know but a complete stranger? iffy….it’s hard not to buy them at thrift shops though..they are forkin’ 45 cents a piece! In the store, brand new they are close to 4 bucks.
Am I the worst parent in the world allowing my kids to have pizza for lunch and then chicken nuggets and fries for dinner? yeah I didn’t think so….
Is it normal for a dachshund to chase after and eat horseflies? Seriously…if you know Olie you know that he has OCD he loves him some fetch…but he’s like that with horseflies too…he must get the fly no matter what lamp, couch, bed gets in his way. crazy dog.
I’m thankful today that Coupe is my second child and was not my first child. He eats like a champ, he sleeps like a champ, he is peaceful and calm. He is only hyper when Woodrow gets
If your crafty and find all the wonderful things you buy are just expensive…have you found Addicted to Crafts? Good site with daily specials.
Talking of crafty I found some great paper for cards last night…I could not resist buying it. I have a bunch of birthday cards to make in the next few months and they really rocked my world.
Oh and have you linked to Rock Chick Today?

Finished HP Book 4 last night. WOW what an ending. Love it. Dove head first into book 5 and I can’t wait to plow through it. Have a week to finish it.
Netflix lowered the price of my plan. Woohoo! I still will probably sit on a movie for a week but man I’m siked about it.
Bought my ‘dream’ tent last night at Target it was a stellar of a deal and now I cannot wait to go camping. Randy and I are looking at going sometime in late September with the boys. I know it’s a huge forkin tent but think of two hyper little boys in there with a dog and two adults. Yup…we needed the extra space. Shenandoah here we come!
I was hoping to make it down to the zoo sometime this week but the ‘chance’ of rain all this week is so annoying. Both boys are so hyper this week I have to do something with them tomorrow or Friday to get all this energy out!
Can I edit my index.php on a wp.com account? I’m completely lost if I can…anyone? Any ideas? Bue
Hey guys, not sure if you have read this or not. I actually posted this on the 20th of July but because we where switching servers it got deleted. I know that it went thru my RSS reader, not sure about anyone elses, in anycase. Here it is:
Another excuse for me to post about Resident Evil 4? Well yes. I seriously didn’t expect all of these new details and videos to pop up so suddenly. But they have so by law I must blog about them.
To begin with Capcom has recently revealed their new 2D fighter based on the Devil Kings franchise. This game is heading for the PS2 and Wii. Great news, should sit nicely along side Street Fighter and Dark Stalkers. There’s not a lot more to say, you can check out some screenies and scans here.
The most important part of news is that new details have surfaced on Resident Evil 5 straight from the producers mouth. Overall they are actually pretty juicy. Lets run thru:
-the main character is Chris Redfield, he is working for a group called the BSA

Kathleen wrote this morning about a momtourage and it got me thinking about who my mommy friends are. Then we went to the park and Mara talked about her MIL and how she wants her to have mommy friends that are Jewish. (the criteria really is Jewish, goes to synagogue and is neat…did I miss anything Mara?) Then it got me thinking more about what kind of mommy friends I have. I know it doesn’t really matter…especially since we are all going through this experience together and sometimes you just need a sympathetic ear every once in a while. Who is your go-to mommy friend though? Who will get you through those really tough days?
I’m also finding it really, really, really hard not to read the Harry Potter spoilers. I’m only on book 4. I’ve never read the series a

13 things about Mama Kelly this week
Those who read my blog regularly will know this, but I am back in college at the age of 38 and while I feel totally overwhelmed from time to time I am loving it. My 2 major classes are Cultural Anthropology and Human Geography …. I am also taking a beginner Computer Literacy course because it is a graduation requirement. The first two are challenging and often really interesting. The latter is gouge my eyes out of my head boring.
My goal is to get a teaching certificate and become a grammar school teacher. I would ideally be teaching kids in 3rd or 4th grade and hopefully get done with school and hired before I am 45. Bear in mind that I can only go to school part-time as I have to work full-time to keep the family covered under medical insurance.
Unfortunately my health issues preclude my ever …. EVER …. again going without insurance coverage. One of my medical issues
Though marriage seems very far away for lovebirds Jermaine Dupri and Janet Jackson, Jermaine is definitely eager to start a family with the superstar. The rapper/producer says he doesn't foresee wedding bells as Janet has already been married twice, but will "definitely" have children, possibly by next year. In the July issue of OK! Magazine the mogul was quoted saying:As soon as she finishes her new album. She started in June and she's working on it right now. Once the album and tours are done and all that's settled down, it'll happen somewhere around then. How cute...can you picture these two with a pair of little ones of their own??According to StarPulse, blue-eye soulsinger Robin Thicke had to "man up" after watching his wife make love to chart rival Andre 3000 onscreen in "Idlewild," because he found himself struggling to deal with the film romance. Thicke, the son of actor Alan Thicke, admits he attempted to drink away the memory of his wife, Paula Patton, in clinches with t
First - I totally just cheated my son out of win at Uno! Could I be any worse of a mother?? He flat out asked me which was better to put down, the wild card alone, or the wild draw four. I told him the wild card :) I only had 2 cards left and I wanted the game to be over!!!!!!!! I've been known to lie on go fish though as well... I think I'm just that competitive!Second - What do we all think of photoshop? I'm really considering getting it, but I highly doubt I can afford the new 5.0 version so I'm going to buy the 4.0 version on ebay. So, I need reviews - do we love it? do we hate it? And of course I say we collectively because I know some of you MUST have it right? Is there a better way to collage my photos? I also want to be able to do template headers and so forth - can you do that on photoshop?Third (recently added) - I rolled up my archives again... which if you remember when I did it last time my first month (January 2005 - can you believe it was that long ago??) could not b
Here’s a goodie from my friend, Grandma Donna~
Who are you… really?
By Kristi Kovalishyn
How do you answer the question: who are you? Do you give the answer
that seems most obvious: “I’m a teacher, a parent, an engineer.” Or do
you say what you feel you truly are deep down inside, not allowing the
years of people telling you to be practical force you to bury your
true self.
Dreams die with negative thoughts. Dreams die with pessimism. Dreams
do not die with failure; it’s what comes after the failure that
crushes the dream. It’s the loss of hope. It’s the giving up that
kills the dream.
Believe me I have seen many of my dreams die. I have seen others
change into different dreams or be replaced by dreams that surpass the
original one — dreams I would never have dreamed, but in dreaming
small, it grew into something that I either had not thought of or had
the hope to dream. I have even forgotten some dreams.
Big or small, a broken dream h
It must be a slow hockey news day when TSN puts out a story that EA Sports simulated the upcoming Finals on their NHL 07 game! The Sens took the series in 6 games. Bah, this is what happens when you make us wait so damned long in between series', ya buggers! People get bored and start becoming stupid! Hey, I wonder how high the injuries were turned on for that simulation. One big knock I have on that game is that if you bump up the injury bar in options and then simulate games, there are way too many injuries. At the same setting, you can actually play the games and hardly any injuries occur. I can't believe I'm even talking about this. NEXT!Damn it, Bob McKenzie wrote a piece about JS Giguere that I was going to tap into tomorrow. The Sens will need to exploit Giguere's immobility by making him move side-to-side. That is absolutely true! It's strange to be saying this stuff about a goalie that has gotten his team to the Finals twice now. On most nights it seems that Jiggy drops d
Well if you haven't heard The Game posted $50,000 bail yesterday morning after being placed in police custody Friday. The LAPD executed a search of his L.A. area home in connection with an incident that took place in February. The multi-platinum selling artist was detained by police on suspicion of making criminal threats. You can check out a video clip of The Game still pimpin' it out even while in custody- HERE. The clip shows him waving a stack of cash of 3 grand...eventually confiscated by police. Despite all the money and fame, these fools just can't seem to steer away from trouble, WHAT THE HELL?! Not thrilled with his current situation, the king of rocks n blunts Bobby Brown has opted to sue ex-wifey Whitney Houston. What nerve, ehhh? The former R&B star is seeking spousal support and changes to the one-sided custody arrangement for their daughter, Bobbi Kristina. TMZ reports, in court documents filed in Orange County Friday, Brown explains that he was just too screwed up aft
